You never cease to amaze! I made the recipe and enjoyed it thoroughly! It was easy to make, tasted yummy, and provided me with leftovers that I could bring for lunches during the week. I was a little uncertain at first because the recipe wasn't very colorful; however, it tastes great!!! I wasn't disappointed at all. Thanks for showing us how to make an easy, yummy, nutritious, and healthy meal that can be made over and over again!
I just watched the Armenian Lentil Pilaf video and am very impressed with the easy directions for a lovely meal. What I especially liked was that it requires just a few ingredients.

Amazing dish! I made a huge batch and keep in in little portions in the freezer. It is truly delectible!
