@kimi450@kimi450 I got the model from topcrunch org website and used ETA VPG to run calculations (it runs on LS-DYNA) and display results, then exported results to video file. I can't remember exactly but if you really need it let me know I'll try to dig something out.
My friend and I were driving, when someone hit us almost exactly like that, and I want to see if I can watch it from different camera angles, just to see what really happened
It requires very expensive software I've rendered it for my master's degree I had 1 month student license. It took about 8 hours to calculate this 0.14 second simulation and the result files were more than 8 gigabytes so I can't really help you with this. I only have this movie left now
i found the nxtutorials website to have many interesting articles, tutorials, and models. I hope you find it helpful also!

@itsbigdan It's neither of those. It's ETA VPG but it runs on LS-DYNA too, I should have added it in description.

@bigmazzz - sorry I didn't create it I just ran the calculations and rendered this video.
You should have documentation for whatever software you use. Good luck

1- you need LS-PrePost to open the input deck (free dowload on LSTC website) and watch how it's made.
2-you need a licence of LS-DYNA to run the simulation(ask for a free 1month trial version by sending a mail to LSTC)

Wow. I guess I'll just have to find another program then, but in which case, really good work!

I haven't made this. I downloaded a ready model from the NCAC site (link in more info) and ran the calculations then rendered this movie.
