  • he's obsviously thinking of doing other things to her...lol

  • Doc is Gay .

  • Who come here for girl .

  • Mr herbaleducation, you shouldn't give false hope to people that has Hiatal Hernia.... it's a condition that, sometimes, need a surgery to be correct!

Are you a doctor to suggest that kind of stuff? (i ask because i'm a doctor, and the things you suggest have no effect to correct the hiatal hernia...)

Hope you reconsider and remove the video from youtube...

  • Sexy abs

  • what do u mean by correcting the hiatal hernia?

  • That girl is gorgeous.

  • @homemomdotcom You had a hurnia and exercized n its better? for me it hurts to even sit down.

  • seems i need a surgery for an Hernia, breathing excercises can help to fortify to prevent a reopening? thanks for these videos!

  • Is this guy 4real . lol but Helen is a hottie.

  • After watching these videos I was equipped to handle my symptoms. Since I've begun to workout more and strengthen my abs and back. Thanks for helping me with my issue, this was the only thing outside of acid reducers that has worked. Def sharing .)

  • what is this guys practise?

all you have to do is increase your abdominal muscle... do some flanks so that your gut dont protrude due to weak muscles

  • @milandroRMT "strengthen"

  • @milandroRMT No, that won't do it. Increasing the tone of abdominal muscles doesn't make the stomach move down. Strengthening the diaphragm muscle on the other hand, through deep breathing will.

  • @milandroRMT

I'm an herbalist by the way.

  • @milandroRMT he doesn't practice anything, he's the drug rep, lucky dog!

  • @milandroRMT A even BIGGER help that would work in conjunction with what you mention is the intake of Amino acid L-Glutamine...It is a miracle worker in restoring the structural integrity of the intestines. I'm serious , I did not exercize started taking Amino acids and my terrible symptoms are now GONE.

  • @gblueslover2

Milk proteins contain all 9 essential amino acids required by humans

  • @Invisiblefiyah Yes, but "simply drinking milk" does NOT contain enough amino acids, or more importantly, L-Glutamine, to strengthen the specifc esophagus muscle.

Remember we are talking about muscle weakness . THIS worked for me, and, as a milk drinker anyway, I never had ANY result from drinking milk which improved my hiatal hernia problems. Take a good Amino acids supplements] , people. And MAKE sure it contains L-Glutamine !!!!!

    Peace

  • @gblueslover2

Milk proteins contain all 9 essential amino acids required by humans, including L-Glutamine

  • @Invisiblefiyah No where near ENOUGH of it...My point.

  • This is great info , thank you for posting ...

  • hello, I have hiatal hernia. Can I take milk in my diet?

  • FYI: Asking your patient to grunt and growl will increase intra-abdominal pressure. This is the LAST thing you want to do if you suspect her stomach is squeezing up into her thorax. And that "exam" in the beginning? What sort of magical nonsense is that based on?

  • @rmcdaniel423

FYI - I've seen abdominal breathing greatly improve and the diaphragm develop much freer movement after helping people release pent up anger and tension. So, it works. As for the muscle testing. I originally did these recordings for people who were familiar with applied kineseology or muscle testing. All the stuff works without it.

  • @brendanodolan123 Watch what you're saying, jerk. 1st, there are LOTS of Americans (myself included) who consider garbage like this to be bullshit hocus pocus. This is absolutely not the norm. 2nd, before you go bashing on Americans for this type of thing, take a good hard look at India and several other parts of Asia. There's plenty of nutjobs out there.

Your derisive tone is unwarranted and ugly. If you were American, you would be regarded as "an ignorant prejudiced redneck".

  • come on Mr.....IKR!

  • Thx for upload

  • looks worse then it really is . some people might think that hes just feeling her up but i have hernia and have tryd these techniques on myself and they have helped to some degree . would you guy rather he use something that less attractive .

GOD BLESS EVERYONE you fool .

  • Nice one to get her to do stuff for ya! But you didn't have to do that much I think!

  • I dont believe this.

  • @ronv11 No one says you have to.

  • I'm not sure if this is a hernia, but ive had this problem before when I was about 8, and had it surgically removed. I have had the same thing re-occour, but on the other side of my lower bladder, close to my "area". It was diagnosed as a hernia last time but all it is is a lump down there, and its very uncomfortable to push it in. Please help I dont want it to rupture. Thanks!

  • @UltimateMagic8 I can't "diagnose" your condition because 1) I'm not a medical doctor and 2) its pretty impossible to tell what is going on from your description. If pressing on the area hurts, I wouldn't do it. I'd seek out some professional help locally.

  • cont.- Non-specific tachycardia [160 bpm+] . (Dr. ran tox screen and found cannabis in my system -prior use- and instantly blamed that and gave me the boot without a abdominal x-ray stating he didn't want to irradiate me as well as giving me a condescending lecture, despite this my heart Dr. said it was bs and I was having a vagel episode)

  • Could stressing/instigating a hiatal hernia cause a bout of tachycardia and dyspnea via the Vages nerve? I've been having shortness of breath, and pounding sensation which i had thought was my heart but its located more in the diaphragm region. 5 minutes after smoking I felt a intense discomfort from my sternum area (not heart) which turned into severe sweats, a burning sensation/flushing throughout the body. Severe enough to be taken by EMT, but discharged after 4 hours w/ non-specific tac

  • @techmosis In my experience, a hiatal hernia can cause tachychardia and problems with the vagus nerve.

  • I think I may have one. I started vomiting blood.

  • @Discopartycocktail

You need to see a doctor if you are vomiting blood.

  • Can hiatal Hernias be caused by excessive coughing during a bronchial virus?I had a corpus leutium cyst in the same region-lower left abdomen-only it was ping-pong ball sized)-wondered if this, too cd have something to do with it.When i lie down i can feel it there--I am very thin,so it is easier to spot. Will the upper and lower barium exrays show anything?Like a hernia?

  • @pandorarose Not to my knowledge.

  • It's hard to take seriously when she looks healthy (and supremely hot) and he looks like he will have cholesterol related obesity issues interfering with his life.

  • does anyone know how to repair a hernia that causes heartburn w/o surgery?

  • 7:40

    thats what she said

  • I dont get it. why does water makes it any better?

  • @gromstoso When the body is dehydrated it gets over acid. If there is not enough alkaline solution in the pancreas to neutralize the stomach acid, the valve at the bottom of the stomach won't open. This causes upward pressure on the stomach. Drinking a lot of water flushes the acid and increases downward motility in the digestive tract.

  • I have constant bloating & burping & also get full very early when eating food. Also just recently I have also felt some pressure on the left hand side of my chest & have had heart palpitations. Is it possible I have this condition?

  • @AussieGossie From your descriptions of the symptoms, it's possible. I can't diagnose, but if you can't take a deep abdominal breath, it's worth doing some of the self-help corrections for this problem and see if they make a difference.

  • @herbaleducation Good news is my doctor has referred me for a barium swallow x-ray so that may highlight any problems.

  • Why waste your money on medical insurance when a new-age dork and a Russian hottie have the answers? Massage your problems away.

  • @dukelinius You can't just massage anything away. The massage helps, but this is only one problem and the massage is only part of the answer. And, by the way, hundreds of people have seen their health improve when they corrected this.

  • @herbaleducation this has very little to no factual information, send me a link of a serious medical (real doctors) association that has endorsed this as factual and proven to work.

  • @berlits

The water helps a lot, especially if you take just a little bit of lobelia tincture with it (about 10-20 drops). There is a complete article on this on my website ModernHerbalEducation

  • My doctor has heard of no connection with breathing problems.

  • @ManhattanMusician

I've never seen an asthmatic or a person with COPD who could breathe deeply from their diaphragm. Helen, pictured in the video, who is my ex-wife (this was shot before we were married) had severe asthma and working on her hiatal hernia helped a lot. She had to use her inhaler far less often and kept showing improvement as we corrected this problem. I've seen similar results with others.

  • how weird....I knew she was russian before he said it ._.

  • this is absolute total rubbish - the only way this type of hernia happens is when the stomach muscles (the six pack muscles) pull apart down the middle of the torso. The only way to fix it is with surgery. It is generally found among men who have had an active lifetstyle in younger years and then sit behind a desk for the rest of it with no exercise so the muscles collapse. Women can also suffer from it after a heavy childbirth. NO AMOUNT of belly stroking will make it get better.

    Peace

  • @RumbleGuts2112

I beg to differ. If the hernia is severe enough surgery may be needed, but in many cases I've seen massive improvements in people's health using the techniques shown here. They were taught to my by a naturopath, who fixed this problem in me. It made a huge difference in my health. I also know numerous other natural healers who have used this technique with good results.

  • i been having dull aching 'squeeze' like feeling in that exact area, i feel it when i breathe and i missed work from regurgitating my food, could this be one? i also got hit in that spot by a car amp that fell off one of our store shelves.

  • @txturtlelytiger

I can't assess if this is problem without seeing someone in person.

  • Doc, stop looking at her you're going to give yourself a hernia!

  • @smurfieboo I woulda had a hard on. lol

  • Acid reflux and hiatus hernia is HELL. I'm only 20 and I guess I'm going to have to be in pain and discomfort for the rest of my goddamn life.

  • @CodyT3212

That's not true. I used to have this problem and these techniques fixed it. Also trying increasing water intake and cutting out sodas, coffee and alcohol. That helps a lot too.

  • nonsense

  • Muscle response testing is absolute hogwash, don't believe this nonsense. Of course he sounds experienced and does a good demonstration, why else would people believe this?

  • @helgih580

Even if muscle response testing is hogwash, the problem is real and the techniques I show to correct it work (with results that do not require muscle testing to demonstrate). I totally agree that muscle testing can be flaky, but it's not the only tool I use, so I don't rely just on muscle testing for what I do.

  • my buddy is a chiropractor and I let him try to fix my hiatal hernia and now I think Im more messed up. I was laying down and would breathe in then he would push from my solar plex toward navel and Id exhale... but he was pushing pretty hard. The indegestion is gone but my stomach feels loose or kinda floppin around a little when I bend over. Could he have messed stuff up worse?

  • @mustaffa1611

It takes a while for the area to tone up again.

  • Unfortunately, within 2 days my hernia slid back to where its been residing 4 the last 10 years. :( I'm afraid i'm going to need surgery. Hope this cure works for others though!

  • I can't thank you enough for this! I've been suffering from severe heartburn for 10 years now - been on PPI's for 8 - was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia after upper gi. After 3 weeks of these exercises and 5 tries at drinking 2L of water and standing on my toes and jarring myself onto my heels (10 reps each time) - IT WORKED! I literally felt my stomach pull back down into place almost like a shift. I can burp again - and no daily heartburn! You are a lifesaver and THANK YOU AGAIN!

  • @greenmeateater

Glad to know this was helpful.

  • @greenmeateater Y not just have it surgically repaired?

  • she's dressed like it's 1998.

  • @autywon LOL O_O

  • 2:49 she knocks him out! Serious question; I'm on warfarin and my chiro is refusing to do this procedure. He has told me how, but I can't do it. I am 29. I have heart issues and a mechanical heart valve. Will all Chiro's refuse to do the procedure omn a warfarin user?

  • @bubb95

I really don't understand the issue. I don't think all chiropractors would refuse to do this. I don't see any reason why it would be dangerous for someone on warfarin.

  • Thanks for this inform, it helps people should see the results not the outer fit

  • Shouldice Hospital says it has done more than 270,000 surgeries from 1945 to 2001, with a reported recurrence rate for hernias of the groin of less than 1%. Recurrence rate is 10% for groin hernias when the procedure is done by general surgeons. That's a number disputed by others, including Dr. Karl A. LeBlanc, president of the American Hernia Society, who puts the U.S. rate between 3% and 5% (still higher than Shouldice).

  • The mesh patch, which holds back the hernia like a tire patch, has now become the most popular method. But debate continues over which is the better approach. At the Shouldice Hospital, the patient pays about $2,300 to $10,000 typically (2001 prices). Shouldice Hospital keeps the patient there for 5 days, to be sure that the surgery is done right.

  • The 5 day treatment at Shouldice Hospital is included in the price:

    Day 1: patient is examined.

Day 2: surgery, using a local anesthesia.

Days 3 & 4: observation and light calisthenics.

    Day 5: discharge.

  • Each year, 11% to 16% of Shouldice Hospital patients come to Shouldice because their hernia repairs performed elsewhere have failed. Patients come here from all over the world. Check out the Shouldice Hospital official website.

  • I have pain below my stomach just above the penis. but it doesnt hurt when I bend over, sit down, or do anything but there is a little bit of pain. I stopped working out and is going away. the way this happened was I ran 5 miles and when I was done the pain started. I'm scared that is a hernia, but many say if it was hernia I would feel it. my guess is pulled something or a sprain. please respond!

  • @Gus589

I'm not a doctor, so I can't diagnose what's wrong. You should have this checked by a doctor if you're concerned about it.

  • @Gus589

Such things should be checked by a medical doctor.

  • You sound nervous...

  • Thanks doc....though it's distracting having her half nude.

  • Quack

  • do you recommend to do this while i take

proton pump inhibitors such as omeprazole?

thank you for the video by the way

  • @mauribest1

There's no contraindication for doing this while taking a proton pump inhibitor.

  • @herbaleducation i have one of these, with a golf ball size bulge, that appears about once every 5 months. I have no insurance, and i'm pretty broke. what side affects can happen w/o surgery?

  • this method has really helped me. I'm happy that you posted this. I did a little research on hiatal hernia massage and decided to see my Chiropractor. I suffered from abdominal epigastric pain for 13 months and the doctors all said that my hiatal hernia was not causing it. After one session of the massage with the chiropractor, I felt no pain the moment I got up from his table. I was in shock! That is all that I have to say. It worked for me. I can't speak for anyone else.

  • thank you for this video....some peoples comments are so rude...i hate that

  • He used his mail-order bride for his hernia video?

  • I am really scared. I hope somebody can help me right here. While i am lifting, usually when i am doing my back work out, my left testicle hurts. I read a little bit about hernias and what i read is that u feel the little ball when u have one. I checked my testicles and my stomach and i am not seeing anything. Could this be because i am not breathing right while i am working out? please i need help. i am really scared about this thing. thanks.

  • From a siegelnd Point of view: ridiculous !!!!

  • I have a Hiatal. Basically mine feels like a ball in the back of my throat that's putting pressure on my throat. If i move a certain way ill feel like throwing up. I think it's gotten so bad and untreated for so long that i can barely eat because of it..i have other health conditions as well...but it's the hernia i notice the most, even after the other problems i was having have cleared up.

  • I went to the clinic because there is a little bump right below my rib cage (It almost looks like my rib is sticking out), but they told me that it is probably a hernia that hasnt pushed all the way through my tissue yet and that I could grow out of it. Is this true? Can you grow out of a hernia?

  • should done on empty stomach?

  • Please answer me! I don't know if I have hernia or not but my part (I don't know what it's called) under the belly button hurts. I think it's the pelvic area. I need answers right away!

  • i have a hiatal hernia and the only simptoms i get from it its a bubble belly ,sometimes ddizyness and mostly breath cutting feeling...

  • can we hear her wheezing???

  • This is a good video. You sound very knowledgeable and I like how you move and talk about what you are doing with experienced confidence. Also, there is nothing wrong with the fact that the woman helping you is very attractive. Her attire is not an issue either. If the people just take your video for what it presents, it is informative and could be beneficial to someone who has this type of hernia.

  • im getting some serious relief with this method

problem is my belly is big! cant be too helpful.

also, I am a vocalist, my diaphram does alot of work and often a big squeeze when im throwing alot of air out can nearly make me feint

  • I had a chiropractor use this technique on me a long time ago and it worked. Now a number of years later I am having numerous issues with this again compounded with heartburn, GERD, and Esophagitis.... of course the H Hernia is back too. So my question is I am looking for a chiroprator or Dr. like your self even a nutritionalist or herbalist that works on these areas. I live in the long beach, ca area (90713) is there anyone

  • I have a friend with some sharp pains in his chest that have just poppd up recently. Is it different with females and male in some way(s) with hernias?

  • @Indigos8rboi

Symptoms vary from individual to individual, but one's gender isn't an issue.

  • @herbaleducation ok thx!

  • @Indigos8rboi

No, the symptoms are the same.

  • I hope she had a nice visit from Russia.

  • she's beautiful

  • I think my favorite part is 3:10

  • I've helped several patients with this technique...thank you very very much for sharing your knowledge! JP

  • @herbaleducation Im 31 year old male with hital hernia and have tried everything including medication and your techniques. I have relief from medication but your techniques do not help in any way. If you want to pay for my travel i'll volunteer.

  • @langdonet

If adhesions have developed these techniques won't help. Surgery would be required.

  • @herbaleducation Could you tell me what you mean by adhesions please?

  • @herbaleducation Im 31 year old male with hital hernia and have tried everything including medication and your techniques. I have relief from medication but your techniques do not help in any way. If you want to pay for my travel i'll volunteer.

  • I have those two points tender, and some difficuly breathing, seems like a great method, will try.

  • Hey this looks really interesting, I have this kind of hernia and this could help me.

But I am not an English speaker and couldn't understand much of what you are talking about, so, any body could make a translation into Spanish, may be Spanish subtitles while he is speaking?

  • This technique is very effective. Steven helped me a lot. I suffered from asthma attack and could not breath normally and after applying this technique once a day hital hernia stopped bother me.

  • When you did the arm test and said "lungs" the first time her arm came down. The second time it didn't. This test is useless, and a joke. Why don't you test your belly and see why it is bigger than hers.

  • @lozagon Just because you don't believe that the muscle response testing works doesn't mean that the procedure doesn't help people with a hiatal hernia. I've done this 100s of times on many people and it has helped them improve their health about 90% of the time.

  • Thank you so much. I thought I had heart disease at my age and that made me have anxiety problems. Not helping was the constant heartburn, which exaggerated everything greatly. I felt miserable everyday. I had x-rays and checkups and was "all okay". Then I saw this video and applied some of the techniques. And the result is amazing, I haven't felt this good in a long long time, finally, finally. I was close to accepting feeling like that for the rest of my life. Thank you so much.

  • I wonder how many guys came in to be casted for this video.

Ok, now take a deep breath, act like you're angry and....oh wait, take off your shirt so I can see you better........

  • Wow! I should have gone into homeopathy so I could cop a feel in the name of "medicine", too.

  • It's hard to take you serious when she is dressed so immodestly.

  • @sybeve

Good point. I should find a guy with a hiatal hernia and redo this.

  • @herbaleducation No you shouldn't Helen did a GREAT job!!!! Thanks!

  • @herbaleducation

    Na, you did right.

  • @herbaleducation

yea omg she looks like a woman.. and attractive too how terrible!!

  • @herbaleducation no no....video is perfect.

  • @sybeve I know, right. lol I bet he checked her out completely before the cameras went on. lol Not to mention that she happens to be from Russia, and he looks like a perv. Russian mail order bride maybe, or come to America, I will check you for "free" lol

  • kidney, adrenal kidney, adrenal, breast, breast lol

  • After viewing all the harsh comments about this video i feel like anything is possible....if u can make a simple headache go away by a 20 minute head massage then y not treat ur stomach to a nice deep massage.....? people on you-tube need to grow up and realize that there isn't a cure for everything and not everyone have to be a doctor to come up with a good treatment for making urself feel better....it doesn't hurt to try things out and actually listen to those wiser than u may ever become.

  • thanks for this awesome video! I only applied this technique TWICE and suddenly I am totally breathing from my stomach! My chest is no longer moving up and down when I'm breathing. Also my endurance instantly became about 20% better! This is so incredible!

I just read an article telling that only a chiropractic can apply this technique. The self-adjusting techniques don't work very well. Do you think that's true? Do you think a chiropractic could improve it even more?

    Greets from Germany

  • @JaMiiiii

I've had some people who have had great results with the self-help techniques, but sometimes, when it's really bad, you need someone else, who is trained in body work (a chiropractor, massage therapist, etc.) to help.

  • Comment removed

  • @wiccc1 First of all, I married that lady and she had pretty serious asthma which I was able to help her make significant improvement in by working on her stomach and breathing.

Second of all, I learned how to work on this issue 24 years ago from an N.D. and I've helped hundreds of people improve digestion and general health by teaching them this technique. It works!

  • Thank you for this video! I have all the symptoms of hiatal hernia (constant GERD, occasional asthma, chest pain, constricted feeling in solar plexus, worsening with lifting heavy items). I take many herbal acid reflux remedies but it keeps coming back. I have done the water/bouncing self-treatment for a few days with some relief. I am going to do the stomach manipulation and massage. I actually did a little of it a while ago and was able to eat dinner without feeling pain.

  • I have a hiatal hernia and have had GERD heart burn for 5 years. Consquently, I've been on Nexium and Protonix for that length of time to treat the symptoms. I just started doing this exercise 2 days ago and my heart burn is gone. The chic and dude in the video are pretty laughable but the excersices work.

  • OoO Magic! Kineseology is ludicrous. It includes tests for chakras and all sorts of imaginary energies of the body. These things don't exist. You can't check the "polarity" of someone. There is no such thing. Massage can be helpful and here basically all your doing is pulling her stomach back through the hiatus, but the idea of kineseology is dangerous. It gives people false answers when they need to see a competent doctor.

  • @svenypoodles a competent doctor??

  • @svenypoodles I don't claim kineseology is infallible. It's a small part of what I do, but it does work in clinical practice. And, people should seek a competent medical doctor for all serious health problems. I don't treat diseases anyway, I teach people about their body and help them learn to live healthier lives.

  • I just want to say THANK YOU for helping me!!! I was having bad stomache aches after eating, heartburn, burping, and headaches, trouble breathing, etc, and after using your techniques only three times, all my symptoms are GONE and I can eat again!! THANK YOU!

  • i agree this is funny but it has actually helped me, I am a journalist but I do think Chiropractor, Kineseologists do a great job.... I do it myself, from another technique I learned, but it work.... also what works is to change your eating habbits and smoking cessation.

  • thanks for posting. my son was just diagnosed with hiatal hernia, he is only 18 and has suffered with gerd for about 4 yrs. now with the last 6 months having attacks everyday but the last few weeks alot better because of a better diet. your techniques make sense to me. thanks again.

  • the man knows what he's doing.....ur all just mad that he does n u dont, n that he's got a hot ass test dummy

  • I have suffered from the symptoms in this video for 40 years. Had all the tests, taken all the pills. This video has helped me enormously after only one week of doing the exercises...Dont Knock it unless you've tried it! So glad I found it on U Tube.Thank you

  • Don't listen to all these hater fags(sorry for the lingo...call it like i see it). Naturopathy is the only way to go. Everyone that hates..take something you are allergic too...maybe milk...stick it under you nose(or up your ass if you are a dumb fag...cough... Zonell0and do this polarity test. The muscle strength will be a difference of light to day.

IF your arm goes week then you are allergic..if it stays strong then you are good. someone else has to do this. Have someone you trust do it.

  • What exactly is this guy testing for and how is he doing this. Heck If it is that easy to check for abnormalities in any organ, why do they spend thousands on MRI and CT scans. Call me a skeptic but I am not taking any medical advice from a guy that simply touches an organ and tells you if your ok or not.

  • @Sparksterfu

First of all, muscle testing is only checking energy. It can't tell you what's actually wrong with an organ, just that it's low in energy. You still need medical diagnosis. What I do is not intended to replace the need for medical doctors.

  • wow i must look like an idiot to the rest of my household, sitting at my desk going GRRRRR! and then laughing xD

  • whoa, thanks for the vid, i get this all the time!

  • Thanks! This looks great. But is it actually possible to fix this, or, will it keep sliding back? Have you ever seen before/after x-rays? That would be very impressive. Great idea about the anger, but just from my experience, a person needs to feel safe to really access that part of the brain where the anger of a lifetime is stored. There are a lot of good books on regressive therapy, and it would be a great addition to this treatment, I feel.

  • @Raina430

When I worked on mine it did tend to slide back. I had to work on it daily for about six weeks and then off and on for another year. Eventually, however, with practicing deep breathing it stayed in place.

  • @herbaleducation thanks, it's good to know that it's possible to fix this!

  • I am a second year student of Kinesiology and would like to thank you, Steven, and Helen for this wonderful demo. Sometimes we do tend to bottle up our anger a little too much at times, which can cause symtoms of a hiatal hernia. This is a great, easy, technique to correct the uncomfortable feeling! Thanks so much and keep sharing the great knowledge, it's appreciated!

  • People who are saying she is hot need to get a life

  • 2:47 wtf...

  • Hello, somebody can do SPANISH SUBTITLE FOR THIS VIDEO PLEASE!, I need know what he are saying for better understand how to do the massage. Thank You!

  • is kidney pain common with a hiatal hernia?

  • @stuffed76 No, kidney pain is not a symptom associated with this problem.
