I went to the bronx zoo. I really wanted to go see the red pandas. When i reached the red panda habitat,i saw it sleeping on a branch,but then this STUPID BITCH pushes me away and says, WERES THE PANDA? her friend or daughter IDK sys its right there. The dumbass looks at it and said are you sure the fox didnt get into the panda cage? i was like.. asshole.

@Iamtheoverlord89 I know. I'm fine with leather farming and eating meat, but the way people trap for fur is terrible, and the animals they're killing are actually very intelligent. Cows, pigs, chickens and sheep are stupid, so who cares. They get killed humanely unlike these little guys!

WANT ONE!!! They should allow them as pets. It creates an incentive to keep their numbers up. THese guys don't fair well in the wild and they don't adapt well to climate changes, so... yeah. TOO CUTE!

also just for a little more information (I dont know if you care for more info but...) Red Pandas are also similar to the raccoon family but have been categorized by scientists as their own type of family species. people still dont know exactly how many of them there are but they are believed to be almost close to excinction :(. I think they are completely awesome though

What do red pandas eat? Since they belong to the racoon family I'm just assuming that they eat small insects and various plants/fruits. They look really cute when they stand up!

they are technicaly bears, so they eat meat and vegetables. actually they love meat, but are too slow to catch prey (like the giant pandas) so have to eat bamboo.

afaik they eat almost everything in zoos and are really easy to care for. i wonder if they can adapt to other temperate places, because their habitat in china is getting smaller and smaller
