  • i do hapkido and taekwondo im a beast in both but hapkido isnt anything to play with ill tell you that

  • whats the song in the biggining called?

  • why do so many people learn TKD, when Hapkido rapes so much more?

  • dude wth hes killing his partner! xD

  • Wedge LOL!!!! Hapki powa!!!!

  • O I'm in hapkido 3 years, and the pain is real. You shod try it.

    Greetings from Croatia

  • my instructor grabbed my two fingers slapped me in the head and put me in a very painful finger lock.. it hurt so bad I had to squeeze back a tear or two... it hurts more than you would believe if done correctly.

  • I wish I was as a great actor as this guy , I mean come on, how can a human body be thrown by a twist of a wrist? Get real guys, mma is real, entertainment wrestling is not real, any martial arts exhibition: is not real, it's an exhibition which shows people on youtube what can be done if one actually has these talents...............but none of the exhibitionists on youtube has it.

  • id of said the same thing about a year ago, then i joined one of master lee's elite pupils classes. and they fucking showed me twice. i got my writs torn off me. lmao. ive seen master lee at work... and belive me, none of it is fake. go join a DECENT hapkido class. if you live in gb go to one of master kieth finch's classes, and say "your cant throw some one by their wrists" and then watch as he he tears your arms off you.

trust, go se for youself, this isnt fake.

  • oh yeah, and yo ushould see what he can do with a walking stick. its axtually painful to watch.

  • actually if u dont go with the flow your wrist will break which is why u always let it flow or have it broken

  • The demo was fantastic.

    It's very close to jui-jitsu.

Snag is it's very hard on the body ,very effective but difficult to practice -being on the receiving end-

you can't take all that joint twisting- it weakens the joints.

  • anybody in the jin jung kwan? do you train this way or is this stuff only demo material?

  • In my club, some trains these kinds of things.

  • i can feel the pain

  • Oh this video is fantastic, Jin Jung Kwan is fantastic, Lee Chang Soo and Raphael Couet are the best!!!

  • that grappling at 0:22 was nice!!

  • Looks familiar again:). I think this video is also five star:)!

  • MASTER JUN LEE ROCKS!

  • Impressive power and technique. Great video!

  • wonderful...great video!!!

  • tu for posting, great video

  • thank you, i think is a great video to

  • kay, looks to me that he really let the uke have it. I mean, i know it was supposed to look good, or maybe that guy is just really good at uke. The part where he throws the uke spinning in the air is mostly the uke jumping right?

I really know nothing about hapkido, but i really want to practice it after i get a 3rd or 4th dan in taekwondo. i'm pretty sure that i learn mudokwan which is like a mixture of korean martial arts including hapkido. das koo mang. ty for posting.

  • As usual in Hapkido, a lot of shouting and showing-off. Fits with the character of korean people, anyway !

  • dude unless you have done hapkido stfu. if u came to my studio we would shut ur ass down in a heartbeat. and if u have then be be sayin that then u must have had horrible instructors.

  • Hey ! Don't misunderstand me. I did not say the technics are not effective. I just said, they add up a lot of acting to the demonstration ; they could do the same technics without jumping all around and shouting.

But, having been in South Korea for a short time, I usually compare them with italians : they like showing off. It's not a really bad thing, it's just their culture.

  • way 2 generalise.

  • your gay.

  • And even if I was, would that change anything to the pertinence of my comments ? Or are you homophobic ?

  • does it matter if I am a homophobic? your saying that it fits the character of the korean people. Have you met every single Korean person on the planet? I'm sure you haven't you have no right to judge Korean people like that. go stuff yourself.

  • Tirlipimporn - I'm Italian, and i do tae kwon do and Hapkido. thanks for bringing stereotypes up about italians showing off, it was very helpful. Unless you're a master, don't critique an art that you know nothing about.
