Until 2006, many legal scholars opined that waterboarding did NOT fall under the definition of torture - it was considered aggressive interrogation. Since the SCOTUS decision of 2006, it has not been US policy to waterboard anyone. Wiretapping was and is legal under certain conditions - Clinton himself said he authorized wiretaps when he was prez. SuperDebbie, You should really think about going back to 2nd grade. Maybe you could get a refresher course in the difference between the words "Your" and "You're" The first one is possesive (as in your book) and the other is a shortened version of "you are" (as in You're a stupid person) Get it?
