  • sick!!

  • Most underrrated drummer ever? I think so.

  • @1:31 Satan himself wouldn't go in that pit...Seriously, this album is equivalent of smashing your face against concrete for 40 minutes or having multi head-on collisions within 40 minutes..you get the idea.

  • good song..shitty vocals.

  • @MrMethadrine Your out of your mind, brutal music needs brutal vocals. Imagine somebody like James Hetfield singing this lol. It wouldn't fit the music at all.

  • @EverxOpeningxFlower No,but i woud prefer Max Cavalera style or Dying Fetus style vocals..

  • @MrMethadrine Old Max Cavalera vocals I hope? Because his vocals on Roots where imho terrible.

Don't know about Ding Fetus, I'm not a guttural vocals fan, maybe some people dig it, I prefer those tortured kind of vocals like the vocals from Martin van Drunen or Thomas Lindberg.

  • @EverxOpeningxFlower Im more of an "open throat" growl fan rather squeelish thrashy vocals..anyway.Tastes.

  • @MrMethadrine Yeah haha.

  • This is heavy as balls, way more brutal than many of today's metal bands. LOVE IT!

  • Dave Lombardo disliked this video 9 times, because he couldn't resist to have anyone else having faster double bass feets than himself!

  • @Marcus666Sund Lmao tht sounds about right

  • god i love that main riff

  • and a lot of drummers tried ......

  • Still get`s me angry ,,,,,,

  • HUMAN DISSECTION, A SKELETON REMAINS!

  • @N30Ncousin IIm quite certian the lyric is "Human Dissection OF SKELTAL remains"

  • BEST!

  • Man, "Epidemic of Violence" is so good it makes me want to puke up blood.

  • This is quite a lively tune, and I'm very much enjoying the upbeat performance, gentlemen!

  • This song has my nuts in a vice, and it's not letting go.

  • @Marcus666Sund sriously dude I lstened this whole album and the guy doesn't sstop kickin the shit out of those bass drums... amazing really

  • @thejokealive The really amazing thing is that these drums are not triggered like everything is now !!!

  • @hydewylde666 I agree totally but, we still have this master pieces so we don't have to listen to that technical shit

  • @thejokealive He was my hero , back in the day .

  • My head's gonna fall off at any point rite nw

  • Incredible song. Just downright incredible... one of the best of its time.

  • 1:31 How can i describe this? Please, tell me how can I describe this! I have fucking goose bumps every time i listen to this!

  • This song is heaviness incarnate

  • These guys made the best riffs in thrash in my opinion.

Seriously, it's like somebody got the catchiness of Obituary (probably Redneck Stomp from this vid) gave it to Slayer to speed it up to mach 10 but then Pantera wanted a piece of the action and made it heavy as fuck.

These guys were and still are ahead of their time. Along with Death this is one band that I wish would just reform but know deep down they can't.

  • First time hearing Demolition Hammer, this stuff is fucking amazing. This must be a hidden treasure or something, I've honestly never heard them mentioned before at all :O

  • Vinnie Daze was fucking awesome

  • How come a lot of my favorite bands (including these guys) are never around very long?

  • @TheME666TAL Because the best thrash and death metal bands were not as well known and kept true to the roots and generally broke up as the genres began to move away from their roots.

  • is it ok if i jack off to this song?

  • @Marcus666Sund No it is not..u will set your c0ck on fire :( !!

  • @X3MCTZN xDDDDDD

  • @Marcus666Sund believe me, it would be weird if you did NOT jack off to that song!

  • @Marcus666Sund I've fucked to it so yeah, why not

  • This song must be the heaviest and most epic riffing song in the underground thrash scene!!!!

  • 7 People need to be bled to death...............

  • @metal440 fucking agree...thrash till death \m/

  • THHHRRRAAAAAASSSSHHH!!!!! lml

  • why cant the bands that actually count become popular

  • epic drums. bitch'n guitar. vocals tore a hole in the earth unleashing hords of demons

  • 7 people hate hammers

  • @ JAMMINGJIMMY- FUCK YOU FAGGOT SLAYER PWNS THESE CUNTS

  • @ThroughbredAussie Please go die in a hole.

  • @ThroughbredAussie hahahhahaha your foolish comment makes me laugh. These guys stomp the shit out of Slayer!

  • thats the way to drum metal

  • this makes me go to thrash maniac mode!

  • Sounds like Kreator...only better!

  • please come to the Philippines METALIZED!!!

  • This is the greatest, underrated, epic, thrashiest thrashterpiece of all thrash metal!!!!

Demolition Hammer will always be the greatest of thrashers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • well, vinny daze, clive burr, chuck schillender and dimebag r probably havin a pretty good jam up in heaven right now lol

  • That Double Bass Just Punches You In The Balls

  • @WillTheImbecilexx7 thats a drum machine

  • @MrDemons666121 It's Vinny Daze, not a machine. Damn fine drummer at that.

  • @Mzee1084 Vinny Daze is a machine ;D

  • @MrDemons666121 No...It's not. I've seen this band live and the drummer is indeed human.

  • Pure deathrash, one of my best albums ever;)Great sound of course.

  • spoke with derek on myspace... asked him if they were thinking about doing smth again and he said they had a few offers to play in some festivals but it's not likely they will ever do smth again... i couldn't sleep for a month after that! i almost fuckin' cried...

  • one of the heaviest songs ever

  • anyone could please tell me if steve reynolds, was or is christian? please tell me no!, i several times see him with a cross, but fuck, i have been questioning this for almost 7 years!! please awenser

  • @sunnyjim98 XD!!!!!!!!!

  • omfg i had a thrashy orgy

  • that double bass on the drums fucken kills!!! DEMOLITION HAMMER!!!!

  • Probably my favourite thrash band, it's brutal as hell but never turning into death metal. Huge fan of the vocals as well, they're powerful and aggressive in a way that a lot of thrash vocals aren't.

  • a buddy of mine used this song as a fight intro and his opponent never came out of his corner

  • Comment removed

  • i saw them with deicde and cancer back in san antonio ,... back in 94

  • @radith i hate you

  • Vinny Daze (RIP) A Fucking Beast On Drums... If he was still alive he'll probably be one of the greatest drummers of all time...

  • more bands like this in this genre

  • Kick-fucking-ass!

    10/5

  • that begining roll -> erotic

  • Fuck Yeah!

Im really starting to get into Demolition Hammer! Im trying to look for ''Epidemic Of Violence'' and ''Tortured Existence'' but cant find it at my record store so ill just order the originals!

  • Best song ever.

  • The drums feel like a fucking earthquake. Which is a good thing.

    Very good even.

  • Vinny Daze is one of the most unrecognized drummer ever.

  • unfortunately was...

  • I know he's dead.

  • agreed, one of the best and most underrated thrash drummers, quite the stamina.... R.I.P

  • For 92 (when EOV was released) there wasn't a lot of drummers that did what he did.

  • NYC was a violent fuckin place back in the early 90s.

  • It still is, or that's the common sterotype within the media.

  • 1:31 holy fucking shit

  • Yeah that's a "what the fuck???!!! ;-)" moment.

  • @Depths0fDepravity hahahaha! that scared me!! LOl but it's fucking insannne!!!! love it!!

  • damn this whole album was just superb.

  • morceau puissant

  • GREATEST DRUM TONE EVER HOLY SHIT

  • double bass man....that double bass sound BAD ASS !!!

  • one of the BEST album ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey dude.. Det staves altså Corrosive.

  • i can tell this influenced alot of death metal bands. great band.

  • @Iammyselfforlife Don't compare Demolition Hammer to Cannibal Corpse.

  • I was merely pointing out that this album didn't influence death metal bands sound.

I don't enjoy death metal much as it is. This was a reply to some guy who said this influenced death metal. It wasn't stand alone random comment.

  • Yeah you're right, these guys came out a bit late for that

  • if anything, Death Metal influenced these guys, and the rest of the Death/Thrash bands

  • Crushing.

Vinny's presence as a drummer is unmatched.

  • come back DEMOLITiON HAMMER

  • @torven1 sry to say that's impossible

  • @torven1 the drummer is dead. :(

  • @torven1 they can´t, the drummer is dead.

  • I have no idea why such a godly thrash band has only 3 albums.

  • postmortem necrology victims

  • Death / Thrash Metal in seiner Urform !

    Klassiker !!!!!

The drummer was shot down as he visit a supermarket.

  • im pretty sure this came out before the slayer song that im thinking of, but i dont kno my slayer that well

  • they are way after slayer

saw with them deicide and cancer back in 94. the singer actually sold me cd he was promoting this album.. totallya fuckin rule, DEMOLITION HAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fucken Sickk

  • This song fucking destroys small fury animals.

  • I LOVE SMALL FURRY ANIMALS

but i also love this song

  • Too bad they'll probably never make a come-back

    album.

    RIP Vinny.

  • These guys are underrated. Awesome shit! Underrated band! I am so glad that I have both of their CDs.

But I prefer that this type of music to stay underground.

  • slayer influenced their son=sadus,and nephew= demolition hammer!\M/*****

  • This album and 'Impiety - Paramount Evil' owns.

  • Slayer were good back in the day but not so much anymore.

Epidemic of Violence is one of my favorite albums.

  • holy shit this is like slayer!! \m/

  • but 100x better!

  • oh dont disrespect slayer..nothing is better than slayer...slayer is the influence of at least the 90% of the new bands i see now

  • This is better than Slayer.

    Slayer are shit.

  • man slayer is the ultimate. not only are they the ones to stay around full force today, but they have helped influenced almost every other genre of metal that came after them. Sure lack in the solos, but everything they do is kickass. Slayer is here to stay man.

  • Yeah Slayer influence all different genres, and sub-genres from thrash, to death and even shitty genres like metalcore there is an obvious slayer influence in almost any metalcore band I've ever heard, sad but true.

  • KILLER \m/

  • This album is fucking nuts,,.

they dont make em like they used to :p

What a perfect guitar sound they have on this,

That riff at 2.13 reminds me allot of Metallica's harvester of sorrow intro riff,, it's all about the old skool

  • riff is good but tooo low

  • I remeber they played at a battle of the bands at my high school in the bronx in like 89 or 90...one of the best mosh pits ever...and i still have the cassette i bought that ngt...wish they made more music

  • the cover is wonderful

  • Fuck Yeah this song eats you alive!

    Demo Hammer rippppsssssssss

  • Demolition Hammer is simply amazing, and that's it. Fame doesn't fuckin matter for a metal band. Most bands that become famous suddenly start to suck.

  • Good point anti there were alot of thrash bands and metal bands that got overlooked or just didn't get the recognition that they deserved...On the other hand although coroner was a great band you can't take anything away from celtic frost who were also very very good and to this day have influenced so many bands.I dont know if you listen to blackmetal but satyricon is one of those bands.

  • But thats ok, i mean ,maybe it is better for those bands to stay underground, i would hate to see a atreyu-trivium-pussy kid listening to bands like this one.

Also i think that the bands that stay underground keep their style and thats great, satyricon would be playing like the mighty "Dark Medieval Times".... but they got the "recognition" and now they are.... , =) personally i love underground music, damn it, even underground pop is good XD

  • I understand what your saying maniac but sometimes i just get pissed off when certain bands get all the glory and other bands who were just as good or even better get no respect & recognition.I saw a special on vh1 classic and they made it look like metallica and slayer were the only thrash bands...shit like that gets me mad because i know the difference. Thanks for the reply.

  • Yeah, glory and fame ruins bands, while guys like Demo Hammer stay unheard, which I think is better anyway, I don't want some pussy kid listening to my thrash. Metallica and Slayer aren't even the tip of the mountain. There's much, much better thrash out there. Metallica doesn't even play metal anymore, and Slayer has gone to complete shit in recent years, and they're calling it quits soon anyway. Should've done that 10 years ago.

  • Something I'm looking forward to is one of my favorite thrash bands from back in the day, Exhorder, is making another album. But I 100% agree with you, much better that way.

  • Yeah they were badass, reminded me of Devastation

  • Why do some of the best metal bands always get overlooked? Look at fucking Coroner. They were overshadowed by Celtic Frost so much that they weren't even existent. Long live underrated bands!

  • BRUTAL BRONX THRASH METAL! YEAH!

  • I got this yesterday...and all i can say is FUCK!!.. this is some incredible brutal thrash.. looks to me that demolition hammer had the last word in all we know to be thrash of the old school before it died an untimely death.. i dont know any other thrash albums from 1992 onwards that is this heavy except maybe machine heads burn my eyes, but i never class that as purely thrash it has groove elements,, which is were demolition hammer went on there next release,,EPIDEMIC OF VIOLENCE

  • yes!!! now i have got the cd. yesterday i bought it. it is really one of the best album in metal (just under my opinion).

  • Nope, your opinion is pretty much a fact. Epidemic of Violence and Tortured Existence are two of the best thrash albums (if not two of the best metal albums) to be released, alongside releases from Coroner, Dark Angel, Onslaught and Razor. You just can't fucking fault Demolition Hammer.
