What the hell is the PLOT though? We know what it's ABOUT. An alcoholic dude with powers that gets put back on his feet by some guys who's life he saves then Hancock sleeps with his wife. But that's not the PLOT. Who does he fight and why? What's his mission? What's the purpose of this movie? I'm saying, I'm going to go see it regardless, but usually films that don't advertise their plot means it's REALLY REALLY weak. But I expect nothing less than brilliance from Will's part,regardless the plot

exactly....Will was on Ellen ans he had a clip from the movie and apparently.....SPOILER...SPOILER.....
HE DOESNT KNOW HOW HE GOT HIS POWERS. HE WOKE UP AND ALL HE HAD TO HIS NAME (WHICH HE DOESNT REMEMBER) WERE 2 TICKETS TO KING KONG. AND WHEN HE WENT TO SIGN OUT OF THE HOSPITAL THE NURSE ASKED FOR HIS "JOHN HANCOCK" SO HE JUST STARTED CALLING HIMSELF HANCOCK. AND JASON BATEMAN ASKED HIM....WELL HOW COME I NEVER READ ABOUT THIS IN THE PAPERS.....AND WILL SAID...MAYBE U DID...80 YEARS AGO!!!
