1. Only if Heyley trades you, which I think happend after bringing the Wanted Pokemon to the Ranch.

2. No, not that I know of.

3. Either by buying a Wii Points (now called Nintendo Points) card at some store for $20 or using a credit/debit card on the wii shop channel.

4. Either wireless or a Wii LAN Adapter, either way you'll need Internet.

@Pikafan2132 Well, considering it doesn't even work with Platinum (the third installment of the Diamond and Pearl series) I doubt if it'd work with HG/SS.

Well the Pokemon Hayley bring are kind of random, though she asks you a question relating to which Pokemon she will bring the next day such as "Should I bring a light Pokemon?"

Any other Pokemon you can bring from your Pokemon Diamond or Pearl game.

Just delete the Pokemon Ranch Save game data.

Go to Wii Options (The button that says "Wii" to the left on the main wii menu) then go to Data Management, then go to Save Data, then Wii, then go to the Pokemon Ranch Channel save data and delete it.

Well it can connect to your DS wirelessly and you can transfer Pokemon to it.

You transfer the Pokemon frlm your Diamond and Pearl game. It kinda works like how you deposit Pokemon into your Pokemon boxes.
