Cool. How did you get the watermark on the video?

I designed the graphic in GIMP and saved as a PNG. Start with a transparent image, then add your text. Lower the opacity if you want. Then in AviSynth: Layer(video,graphic) - but really any serious editor should be able to import a PNG with transparency where you want the video to show through.

gimp ftw! But I use Vegas 8 Pro, all u gotta do is make the pic and do opacity and stuff.

And did I mention that free picture editing programs that own hard are ftw?

LoL in sony vegas, import your video, then make a new video track over your video, place the watermark there (You could just add text) Drag it with leftclicking so it goes over your video where you want it watermarked. Then you'll see where your newly added video track is, you see a bar, with a slide, slide it down, and the watermark is added, and you can see trough it.
