I will never forget this the first time i got to this part after all that action it gave me time to take a breather and think about what im playing.just something about the song and how epic it felt,i still get chills to this day knowing i got to experience this work of art.there was never a game that made me feel like this before or since .truly a gem that shouldn't be missed

Well-said. Thankfully they're releasing an HD version for the PS3 later this year. I'm only disappointed that they included Peace Walker in the collection instead of MGS1. I'd rather have 1, 2, and 3 together on it, but either way, I'm looking forward to playing this again, but better.

Oh yeah, but my point was, new audiences will get to experience it now, so that's really cool.

@RikimaruTheHulk I'd like to see MGS1 updated with newer graphics, but Peacewalker was an awesome game. Probably the hardest of all the MGS games.

I loved this part in MSG3 ... I thought it was just mystical with the theme song being sung in the background. And when I got to the top it somehow fluked being synched with when she last whispers "...snake eater" ... great timing, special moment.

I think the ladder is supposed to be this emotional part where u just climp the ladders all tired and u listen to cynthia harrel (sings the song) and ive heard some people calling it a boss in the game as a joke xD

a lot of the people who say the ladder is a boss aren't joking. Play the game on hard mode and you'll see what they're talking about. If you're not prepared, you can run out of stamina and fall off the effin thing half way up...that's no fun...
