Did anyone ever hear of SEPARATIONS OF POWERS that is in the US constitution? All 3 branches are separate but equal. Congress has no more rights over the executive branch than it does over congress, except the limited powers such as congress can declare war (which it did in the Iraq war) that are bestowed by the US constitution.

What is so funny about this, when the Bush Admin corrupted the Justice Department filling it with political hacks and firing the good lawyers, all they have to defend the admin is political hacks. Graduates from tier four Christian colleges, the lowest rated colleges in the US.
Democrats are trying to stay away from all this because they don't want to rally the people behind a terrible president who will pretend he's getting picked on. Bush and Rove will do anything, no morals, we know that.
