Sunny, what a great story and kudos to your Mom for traveling so long of a distance to be with you. It really is sad how many products are produced from other countries to satisfy the American consumer but, in all fairness, it's corporate business that decide to import based on adding more profit to their bottom line. Whewww.....what a long and exhausting trip! I am not surprise at all if she found goods at certain malls to be "ssshhh". I have my own experience with my Sis who is in Jax Florida....whenever she comes home in PH she brings with her some goods not made in the usofa but always made in China. And she said, products made in China are a lot cheaper but of good quality. Sunny thank you so much for sharing this with us...thank you as well for your encouraging comments on my "Aftermath" video.

I also enjoyed how she thought the McDonald's is better in Beijing than in Kansas. And how she came here to buy American made things only to find out China makes most things sold in America.
