Go to my channel (click on my name). I lost 112 lbs via Weight Watchers and have kept it off for over a year. I failed on many diets including WW for 40 years - but I started at a much higher BMI than u, i.e. BMI 43 but I was also fat and fit. I kept trying because I didn't gain weight because my digestive tract worked. A large percentage of sleeve pts suffer from severe reflux - most get post gastrectomy syndrome in the long term. Slow & steady wins the race. Always.

You have really motivated me. I have been holding out on my doctor for the sleeve but he does not want to do it. I began looking for a new surgeon but now my current insurance does not cover the sleeve. I found some ways that I am currently appealing to my insurance company because this is the only surgery I want. What exercised did you do so that you would not have sagging skin. Everyone I know that had bypass surgery has the issue of the sagging skin.

I too have worked out not seeing the scale lowering any. I was like a yo-yo loosing & gaining it all back. Honestly I've gotten discouraged, but after watching your video it's giving me so much faith & encouragement. This Thursday I'm about to see a doctor for a consultation and considering the sleeve myself & at 42 I've already had heart surgery, & I presently weight 250lbs @5'6".
