Whats the difference between the regular grill and the broil grill? In other words whats broil?

I have the older and smaller G Foreman grill, love the timer and the removable grill think ill get one today ;D

Thank you for the helpful video because I purchased a display g-broil supreme from Wal-mart for $50. It didn't come with instructions and I didn't know how to get the floating hinge to work. Thank you so much!!! ;-)
