@fragrenade1 Its just a trill with a descending note. Couple ways to do this. One is to just use your fret hand to do a trill and slowly shift one of the fingers over. Helps if you have a big hand. Another way is use pick hand tapping, simple enough. The way Zakk usually does it, is to reach over the fretboard with the pick hand, hold the lower note and use the fret hand to hammer on and off as if it were an open string.

zakk wylde in my opinion is ozzy's best guitarist, dont get me wrong but he took the shred skill up a notch. Randy Rhoads is a top notch guitarist of that time but this is 2010 all I wanna hear in my metal is alot of fast riffs pinch harmonics etc. thats what defy's metal to me and Zakk wylde really just takes the cake in experience and guitar skill. I just love how wahwah and pinch harmonics this guy uses in just one riff. I tip my hat.
