both games are good, the problem with the english version are the following 1)the rap part of the opening. 2)the opening drawings 3)they took away the songs of the characters when they entered the fight, I can not hear Kaze yo Tsutaete/ Wherethe wind Blows(aka roll´s theme(unless you finish arcade with her and play the minigame by pressing A) but English version is not as good as I think the JP version is)

Some picture is Abe Asami but she is not singer.

It's sung by Asami Yoshida(吉田麻美).

She is singer and her former husbund is Tetuya Komuro(Komuro is Japanese famous music producer).

It is supposed to be a combination of video games and old Japanese cartoons, so I believe it fits. I don't think it's necessarily better, but it does fit given the context of the song.

The English version isn't too shabby, but some of the beginning 'rap' segments seems a bit off, to me at least.
