@RanDomME4u *SPOILER FOR ANYONE WHO HASN'T SEEN ALL THE EPISODES*.... It IS changing, slowly but surely. The kiss when he was dying was obviously not a goodbye pity kiss, all the complex meaningful yet hesitant looks/glances she gives him, then a few episodes ago she basically admitted to Caroline that she has feelings for Damon but it's hard for her to admit on account of all the things he's done & she still has feelings for the "old" Stefan.

ALSO, in the last episode Elena & Damon were becoming more cozy & at the very end of the episode she told Damon that she's ready to let Stefan go now, to let him find his own way & stop trying to save him.... this to me sounds like a much-needed new beginning for Delena. ^_^
