I was taught, at 15, to reduce the revs in sticky going. I see the driver did, once he got his pipe going!

probably because he has it on the pit at silage and the grass can get stuck beween the wheels and mudgaurds

Judgin by the state of the field i'd say he was more worried about muck building up and clogging the mudguards rather than grass at silage time!
