  • I was on elephant hill in spring of 2011. Very cool spot! My 06 Taco did great, but I can't wait to get my 2011 4R trail out there!!

  • Hey,

Can you tell me what lights and mounts are your using that you put in your lower grill 1/2

  • @Mikes1000Toys

They are PIAA 510 Ion Crystal fogs. I custom installed them in the front grill with brackets coming off the actual aluminum bumper after cutting holes in the lower grill.

  • @800trent Sweet , that's awesome .

  • i love how your 4ru nner looks man its not too much but still functanable!

  • just got a brand new 2011 4runner sr5. I kinda wanna modify it the same way you did on yours. Mind If I asks you what kind of mods you have in it? Lift, Wheels and Tires.

  • @jakerussel

Take too long to list them all.My user name on the 4runner forum T4R.org is harper7. All my mods are on there.

  • Freakin beefy truck bro love it.

  • did you actually climbed something?? or just all the way downhill??

    nice looking truck

  • Nice!

  • Good video Harper7!

  • Great video. That is some extreme terrain that you are traversing.

  • also does LTD has rear diff lock ? what's the main difference between the trail and LTD for offroad performance ? or what kind of modify is need for LTD to reach trail version ! cox in my thinking the LTD all time full wheel drive is much safe to drive on hwy when its raining or wet snowing , if the shift fly on trail doing the same on wet paved road might have a chance broke the shaft ! thank you again hope you can help me out !

  • great video ! just wonder how is the trail 4x4 VS LTD 4WD ? i think the LTD doesn't have the offroad mode selection compare to trail ! so does it really matter ? what do you think as a LTD professional offroad owner ? thank you very much !

  • What tires/wheels are you running?

  • @5thGenT4Runner

The wheels are 17x8 American Racing ATX Teflon Mojave's and the tires are 305/65/17 BFG MT KM2's.

Check out T4R DOT org to get alot more 5th Gen info and I'm harper7 on the forum

  • I know you say this is a LTD...but it looks to be a Trail from the front bumper and rocker panels....??? Did you modify the body panels?

  • @Andro1

I changed out the Limited exterior plastic parts for Trail Edition plastic parts. There are about 30 parts to change and the front and rear bumper covers had to be painted. The rest are all black abs plastic parts held on by bolts and special plastic fasteners.

  • @800trent

    Thanks. It's a great look.

    Some scary spots there !
