My wife & I also have had our building project stopped by enviro-fed-gov.

Prior to buying the property I met with the head of the local planning department & was told there are no wetlands within 200' of the property, so we bought it.

The feds came out & flagged off an area delineating "wetlands" (in our pine forest) making it impossible to build.

Five years later we are still stuck financially, our life-long dreams on hold, time slipping away.

I LOVE MY COUNTRY BUT FEAR ITS GOVERNMENT!

Senator, I am not a resident of Idaho. I would like to know how it is that the people that are elected to go to Washington will not reign in a runaway federal government. We give YOU the power to speak on our behalf. What about the system of checks and balances that are supposed to insure the well being of The People of the United States? I can go on and on but i hope you get the point. Thank You.

Redistribution of wealth is what is happening here. Use the EPA to drain bank accounts. Obama is not stupid, using the EPA this way under the guise of wetlands he breaks down the american dream and the government profits from it.

Gov't is NEVER "held to account." If gov't is found in violation of anything - who pays? the taxpayer of course. Until individuals in these gov't agencies are found guilty.... and fined - nothing changes.... just new violation ensue, new victims, more taxpayer money.... freedom still lost.

How can I help the Sacketts? I wrote the post below, I am almost afraid the EPA will come back on me like a German Gustapo, or Muamarr Guddafi for even speaking bad about the EPA.

I am from Lewiston, Idaho, I have also been bullied by the EPA. Everythig the Sackett's are saying is true. They came to our job site and fined us $5300 for not putting an X on our site map where our portable toilet was located and where we parked our trucks at night on our job site. When I tried to talk to them about about the fine, they threaten to fine me $25,000. Basically just pay the fine and they go away.. I feel so band for the Sacketts!! Thank you Senator Crapo and all involved!!

This is outrageous, thank you Senator Crapo and all others for stepping up to the plate the EPA needs to be accountable if it is found in the couples favor.
