i have pentium 4 2.80 ghz cpu and ati 5450 redon hd (1GB) . 4 gb ram ddr3 . windows 7 ultimate 32- bits can i run it with out lag or i need to change my windows ?

You guys when will you learn vram doesn't matter, there's no point in a 1gb 8600, it's too slow to benefit from that additional vram, and we can't help you when you just post "will i run it on a 512 vram nvidia card" either.

@TheKnightSolaris Dude, I didn't recorded it with fraps because i tried it and it gave me the BSOD+ it eats a lor of frames, If you record a video with the "in-game video recorder" you will get WAY MORE FRAMES, and if you don't belive me go to see my ram increase video, where you can see my pc configuration. However the game is pretty smooth on P4

@TheKnightSolaris actually its not, inside a fresh optimized install of windows 7 this is very possible on a pentium 4 at 3ghz, its wont be butter smooth the entire time like this (noticed its not fraps but ths the in game recorder that smooths everything out anyway) but it will be around 25fps. Ive done its on my 3ghz 800mhz fsb 2MB cache pentium 4 before. but I dont prefer to play gta iv on it lol much rather use my core 2 duo or my other machine that has a core 2 duo based intel celeron e3400
