Yeah ... But, I can tell that he is introducing his new album ''Lack Of A Better Name'', released on beatport last september 22nd. For that, he is always open his set with ''FML'', first track of his new album. 2nd song: Moar Ghosts N Whatever, 3rd song: Ghosts N Stuff, 4th song: Reward Is More Cheese. The 4 first tracks are the same pretty much in every shows on his new tour.
But, ... you're right ! He is very innovative ! 95% of all DJs arre mixing with Pioneer CDJ-1000MK3 and DJM-800. One his side, he is breaking rules with unusual gears: playing his patterns with Ableton Live (on his Mac), his HOT Jazz Mutant Lemur controller, Allen & Heath XZone Mixer & controller, and Pioneer EFX-1000 (that one is not unusual but ...). And ... the concept of the mouse head on the stage is very good !
Sorry but your wrong. More often than not, especially on his tour now, he opens with a mellow track like aguru or soma, then keeps bangers like moar ghosts and stuff toward the end/encore of his set. Ive seen his four times and never has he opened with a banger like reward is cheese etc.....FML in this vid is an exception obviously!
i like the way each of his sets are different from the visuals to the way he plays and mixes his songs. Siiick
