@HiredGoonage - A guitar will look stupid if it's all the way up in your face, but it's definitely worse when it's down by your knees. It just shows a little more professionalism, to look a little less relaxed with the way the guitar is positioned. Most of the time, guys with their guitars down low do it because they're posers, and they don't do much besides rudimentary downtuned rhythm crap, so it's weird to see Zakk Wylde doing it.

@vannin666 Wasn't just the volume. Before he steps on the rotovibe you see him step on another pedal and it cleans up a little. That would be an over drive pedal he uses. The JCM 800 doesn't run with that much gain, but it's not a clean amp either. So when he steps on it to turn it off the amp is still dirty, but not so dirty he can't clean it up. I can tell you from my Marshall, AND I have the same pickups in my guitars as Zakk, they clean up OK, but he had to turn off the OD pedal too.
