  • Does the 'Rigid Collodion' hurt?? how long will that last and how do you get rid of it(after the event)..?

  • @04Kirstie04 depending on where you put it on your face it can feel tight. like its stretching the skin. may be uncomfortable but I've never found it so. The fumes can be annoying so keep it ventalated when drying. It tends to flake over time but can last all day and will peel right off.

  • @javakat343 thank you.. ^_^ really helped...we need it for our speech choir costume, we MUST kinda look like dead people... :D

  • Great video and great effect, wish you could help with mine this year!

  • Awesome. Awesome :)

  • Did the rigid cholodean (sp?) hurt? and can you get that in the same place you get liquid latex?

  • I think I've already told you this before in real life, but now I get to tell you in a whole new way... on the internet! Good job, this was amazing! ^-^

  • @sunnydragon Why thank you! I've still got tons to learn about prosthetics and effects make up, but hopefully my videos will help others who are learning as well. :D

  • When wearing the Rigid Collodion, does it stay like that for ever and ruin your face and all. And if it doesn't how and how long does it take to take off??? Also, does it hurt??

  • @KaixInxWonderland Rigid Collodion adheres to your skin, however it is certainly not permanent. It pulls your skin together, making the appearance that you have a scar or injury. When you are done with the RC, you simply pull it off, which is akin to pulling off a well stuck band-aid or duct tape. I've had a large portion of my face covered by it, and it only took a minute to get off. If you don't want to pull it off, you can use spirit gum remover or a similar adhesive remover.

  • @Ligersmane Thanks for covering that XDDD

  • @javakat343 It's my pleasure, hun. Besides, felt I should, seeing as it's my tutorial... *Herp-a-derp*

  • @Ligersmane Thanks!!~!!

  • That is very useful and kinda scary c:

  • @brokendollist Thank you.

  • After wearing the Rigid Collodion for a few hours does it ever start to irritate your skin or get itchy?

  • @ShimmeringFae Hello, Celeste here. It can irritate your skin, but that will differ more by the sensitivity of your skin. Rigid Collodion holds onto your skin and literally pulls it together, so it will stretch your skin, an odd sensation. I would recommend putting a small amount on as a test, perhaps on an area of less sensitive skin, such as your arm, and seeing how your skin reacts to it first if you're worried.

  • Looks like a cat pawing at her face at 1:40 >( ^ . ^ )<

  • @EbonicFelis Haha, you're right! I kinda do.
