  • freaking geez @wahib08, Im trying to lebron up my jumping ability by performing the training program that's over from "50-inch-vertical(dot)com" - and right now improved over 10 inches thus far yet Im still a little off from jumping high enough to dunk the ball smoothly. It is barely my first day of my 3rd week thus far, any kind of advices?

  • That I have to agree with you. I mean, we all know Shaq dunks a lot. But over the years, he developed an amazing set of post moves, a little jump hook, and also a fadeaway baseline jumper.

  • That move at (0:28) is what makes shaq the most dominant force this game is ever seen. That was a 340lb MONSTER! Great footwork, otherworldly quickness, sound dribbling for a big man, textboox spinmove, and sheer power and force to complete the dunk over david robinson, who by the way a great defensive player WIlt chaimberlain could never do anything like shaq at (0:28), but of course he didnt have to. Wilt would of gotten manhandled. shaq too Powerful, his body too wide, footwork too good

  • Actually..... there was goaltending, the only goal tending allowed was offensive tip ins. wilts height is unknown but he was listed at 7"1. He never allowed himself to be measuerd after highschool for pride or some shit. it is true that for a part of wilts career the key was still tiny, but htey changed that because of him. shaq is a total gun dont get me wrong, but wilt is arguably the best player ever
