  • LoVe your keyboard. Nice...

Your playing is very, very nice! Bravo!

  • i think i was 12 when i learned this song

nice to see someone playing it not crazy fast like it usually is:)

  • I learned this.

Currently I'm working on Mozart's Rondo alla Turca.

  • @MatterSplatterMan it is too fast

  • @hallnoats4ever what do you mean?

  • @MatterSplatterMan i mean he is playing the song too fast.

  • @hallnoats4ever i actually learned it slightly faster.

to me, it sounds cooler faster.

  • ur right hand seemed to get a little jumbled at :58 ish but other than that this was really good, this is a fun song to play, i enjoyed learning it when i used to play piano....all those years ago.. lol makes me feel old thinkin about it hahaha

  • that was absolutely inspiring! what a talented person :)

  • :O OMG ! that boy's amazing . Bravo !

  • at 26 ish and 30 ish those left hand notes are suppose to stickato be not laggato ... probably spelled those wrong but oh well...

  • @STKhero What does that mean? Why don't you show us?

  • @nchannon1984 at the times 0:26 and 0:30 your left hand notes are laggato, supposed to be stickato.

  • @nchannon1984 He means that in the score the notes played in unison octaves in the left hand have staccato marks on them, and that they are played here as tenuto (not really legato because they're not slurred, just given their full value). What he means is 'I'm a pedant'.

  • @bertiethetoupee4 Thank you, that filled a lot in for me very well explained :)

  • @STKhero I think it's spelled "Staccato" and Legato". :)

  • pretty good budy, only one minor mistake, but keep it up. try and learn to make the melody sing above the accompaniment and work a little on dynamics. youll do great

  • Amazing! How long did it take you to learn that song?

  • good job!!

  • I can play that. It's hecka fun to play. Good Job

  • a bit sloppy at 0:57. Excellent job otherwise!!

  • love the jacket lol

  • Wow, you play gooood! (and in my sheet music it ends the same as yours :) )

  • Fuck you dude.

  • That was outstanding, bravo

  • .... He played it EXACTLY how the score is written. If there's an addition to the ending, I am going to be pissed if it's the same exact ending that I decided to put on my videos, which I thought I'd improvised lol.. check out my versions of Solfeggio... lemme know if it's the ending that you're talking about. I wish I could get as many views as this, but.. I guess my recording is a piece of crap regarding the sound quality in comparison.. I'mma record this again now actually. GREAT JOB BTW :-)

  • I feel sorry for this kid, having to learn on such a worthless electronic keybord. Our university has a piano lab with the same keybords, I find that I really don't want to play them because of their terrible action and voiceless tone! Get the kid an upright almost anything would be better then that!

    Bravo playing!

  • love the tempo ! not too fast not too slow. Well done

  • 98 uygf9eigyef9gq9efgy

  • You are really awesome :) Ive been practisng quite a lot but I'll never be as good, tbh! Good job

  • very inspiring. T4P

  • waaaaaow O_o, rapidité!

  • Luca, lindo!

  • i think this is the best one i;ve heard so far. good timing.

  • wie süß.

    11. =]

  • startyOurgame r u kidding me?have u seen the sheet music?it is in prestissimo with 16th notes. he played it just right!

  • Bravissimo io lo sto imparando per la chitarra!!! :)

  • Wonderful *****

  • bravo!

  • great job and you look like you are really enjoying it, keep up the good work!

  • I played that last year . It's a very difficult song . For my taste you played it way to quick, a profesinal played the same song in front of me and it was much slower with more emotion... You have good fingers but you don't play with your heart .

    Feel the piano.

  • perhaps he doesnt play with his heart in this piece because it isn't actually a piece. It is merely an exercise that sounded so good it is played fast. I think he played it perfectly. I am playing this too and it is basically this speed. well done!!

  • Well done :) I played this when I was 10 I'm Eleven naw :P Lol well done :)

    Shaz :)

  • cool.

    P

  • damn i have to learn how to play THAT!!!

    HELLS FUCKING YEAH!

  • Hey very well done.

you played all the right notes and only a few bum notes and your tempo was overall very consistent!

    Please upload your latest version.

  • Nice.

  • i love your clavinova!!!!!

  • last part was wrong

  • Good job

  • brilliant :)

  • amazing, very good 5*

  • I find it so hard to believe that a young man with classical talent would and could play boogie woogie with such enthusiasm. The best of two entirely differfent worlds.

  • Luca, you have given me a lot of pleasure with your fine playing of one of my old favorites!

Some of these comments have offered a type of instruction and I hope you take them as encourgement.

I hope to hear more from you. You have a very good sense of dynamics for one so young!

  • Simpsonpep: you may have the best technique in the world but you're no musician. A real musician, like any artist, must be sensitive and have empathy. Judging by your comment, you have neither.

  • A true musician also offers constructive criticism (like Simon Cowell on American Idol). Being a musician means having to take the good with the bad. In my opinion, Simpsonpep offered solid advice. I played this piece too, as have most piano students. I hope that Lucas continues to play and share his videos with us, and that we can continue to support him & not argue about someone else's comments.

  • I played this piece too and his advice helped me too...

  • the best performance of this piece i've found on youtube,so far. I've seen some people murdering it..... you played it wonderfully. Precise timing. Well done.

  • fab!!

simpsonpep you dont post a comment to brag that you learned this when you were 9 years old and stop nit picking over a couple of notes. get a life and quit with the massive ego

  • Oh man, he looks so happy.

  • PURE TALENT.

  • That is a very nice solfeggio my friend... You need to buy a real piano!!! You deserve it! I can hear electronic, asian fakeness even through the youtube codec...

  • good job on this piece. i realized at measures 12, 13, 14, 15 you kept speeding up and slowing down. Also, the end of this piece ends in a low middle C, NOT a C an octave higher. I recently finished my masters of music in university, and played this song when i was 9. But good job.

  • Comment removed

  • git it!! Man, I'm currently practicing this song. Seeing how its be played, I see its gon take a while.

  • HOYL SHIAT THAT WAS AWESOME O.O

  • Your piece is ok but your technique is wrong. Your elbows go jerking up when they should be still. Your tempo is good though and no mistakes. Only a little sliding towards the end. One tip- Towards the end of the piece, play slower.

  • He never has any sheet music in front of him when he's playing. He's got it all in his head, and heart. Amadeus.

  • Really Cool !!!!

  • very nice!i love your music.

  • hey hey, congratulation, a lot of solfegietto's videos on youtube, but not many good video, i like you way to play this piece.

And I confirme, it's the good end.

  • A mature and technically proficient performance.

    Thank you.

  • das ist kul

  • Awesome! Why did you skip the ending?

  • very nice!! your dynamics are great!

  • No it's not.

  • do you mean the version with jazz part???

  • I think he/she means that you are missing the final 8 notes of the piece:

    G,E,D,C,G,E,D,mid C

  • Oh yes I heard in other Videos. In my sheet it's so like I play it...

Sorry for my bad English :-)

  • Yes there are different manuscript versions and different editions.

  • @stephewok I actually do not believe that's in the original version - just an attachment added on later.

  • O.O why didnt you finish?

  • Finally someone who has realised the meaning of "presto non troppo" which is how the piece should be played, great job, easily the best post of this piece on youtube!! Keep it up, oh and i like the white chef-like top makes you look more professional lol.

  • my version i have just says prestissimo...

  • thx for all your nice comments

  • very good bravo!!!!!!!

  • this is the best version of this i have seen so far on youtube. that was really great. basically flawless.

  • Very good. Nice dig piano.

  • seems like u have adult hands literally

  • Brilliant!! I've never played that piece, but i like it a lot. think i'll give it a go.

  • i play aswell

  • PWNAGE!

  • excellent!

  • Very impressive! i can only play half of your speed!

    ^_^ good job!

  • Very very nice!

  • You're great!!!

    I admire you, really! :)

    Cheers!
