I'm writin to the girl who was milking. It has been a year since this video was made. I'd like to know if the cow had another calf and is still being milked or do u have other cows. Do other members of your family milk the cows or it is only your job to milk the cows.

If you think about it, when the calf sucks, they are doing more like what this girl is doing than I do by squeeze milking. It's not abuse, or else you would see the cow all tied down and thrashing like it hurt.

If the cow was suffering it would kick. The cow is fine and thats an interesting style of milking. I like to ring my fingers on the teats but she slides down on the teats. Thats how cows, that are treated nicely, stand.

Actually it's more abusive to not milk a cow if you really want to try for that route. If a cow didn't get milked it would become very painful for her.

The utters would swell up and become sore.

The calf can only drink so much so often the farmer has to milk the cow to prevent problems.

You're helping the cow with a great favor and it is a great relief for the cow when milk is drawn from her.. You know you should actually know this as this is taught to most people at a very young age!!

most people never saw or have experienced a farm though.. theythink everything is abuse sadly :( i was picking my horses feet when i went for a ride and a rock got wedged in.. and someone thought i was abusing my horse..
