This song is in Open F, which is CFCFAC. Of course you can find versions with a different tunng and different fingering, but it's just gonna be harder and with this tuning i said, you play it just by barring the strings on a same fret. It's easy and it's how Jimmy did it.

Now, as for the tuning you are using, it's almost the irish tuning Page used on Black Mountainside and Kashmir, except that the F# is actually a G

You know, once I figured out the tuning it wasnt so bad. Its relatively easy compared to other Page songs. I would say a few hours to figure out the voicings. Playing it through without making mistakes is another story !!! Thanks for your comment !

Thanks ! The Rain Song was the first acoustic Zep song I learned. I want to do it but it is such a long song and without any way to edit Idont know if I could do it through the end the way I want to. I dont use the same tuning that Page uses....its one string different by a half a step. One of these days maybe I'll offer it in parts. Keep on strummin' !

Nick, I'm sorry I dont have the time to write out tabs. I'm sure you could find something online somewhere. It is a fairly easy song to play as far as Zep songs go. Mostly one finger barre chords and harmonics. Does that help upi? Thanks for watching !
