Although beets aren't considered as something to put in dessert in my part of the world )), I must admit they work very well together with cocoa in this cake. Honestly, I had some doubts about that but curiosity won anyway and I tried it. A little bit unfamiliar but absolutely delicious cake! Highly recommended!
