when you gainer flash, do you kick over your shoulder, or straight over your head? when i do reverse i go straight over and i can land it, but when i do the j step i kill all my height. could i gainer switch if i kick over the shoulder from the jstep setup and be able to swing it through? ps i can land the gainer flash from the jstep when i kick over my shoulder.
at times it depends on how much my hips turn. if i kick my leg up high and my hips turn to the left then my leg ends up over my shoulder but if i wanted a straight one, ill keep my hips locked and kick over my head. its easier to s/t from a small slant
with a gainer, its easier plus it looks gbetter if you kcik over your opposite shoudler, i have never attempted a gainer and i probably won't until i have do a backflip... i feel kinda rubbihs, the only flip i can do is a front and i have been doing freerunning/parkour for like 1 month and i want to learn all kinds of stuff but i have no spotters =[ advice please... check out my groups freerunning and parkour vids searvch tmpk and its totalmayhemste thats the poster... search it dude...
well since u dont have spotters try doing it on a bed a backflip is 60% guts 40% strength the way i use to do it before going to a gym was by watching tutorial and practicing it on a bed i would take like every bed in the house and put it outside or in the basment cuz it's big and has carpet lol then i would try it outside or just try it outside. if u want to learn more go to epic1's channel to watch some of the basic tricks just to expand your tricks then try things out by yourself good luck
Your gainers and gainer switches are incredible. Your tutorials are the ones that helped me to get both, they go in-depth, which is something most tutorials lack.
