Bill does seem like a very congenial person, but still I'm pretty sure that the band are actually glad when security keeps girls from holding them too long... That's what they hire them for. The guys are there to sign, not start conversations. There are other people waiting to get their items signed too, and security is there to make sure that everything goes smoothly.

I guess you can always try your luck, but don't expect too much.
