Hi from Georgia USA, Sophie, since you're covering all the sticker lines, you can tape your acetate over the sticker and do your fabric paints. Let dry before removing. You save your sticker and you can keep making more!

Just a quick tip - if you want to fold your card perfectly, score it before folding it :)
And also - use heavy weight acetate - works awesome! - Savannah (:
