  • I'm an image artist, I need HD please

  • WHY IS COLONEL SANDERS CONDUCTING THAT ORCHESTRA?

  • @BleedingOathBand Shut up John Williams is one of the best composer of the world ! Novice...

  • He is conducting my childhood :,(

  • Simply Amazing! It feels so magical to see the faces behind the phenomenal soundtracks of Harry Potter and of course to watch John Williams doing his thang, like a baws :D <3

  • @apocalypse666mcrxD

The Orlando Philhamonic did not play on the soundtracks for the movies.

  • the music says all in the series

  • this made me cry.

  • John Williams is a very inspiring musician..one day I'll be in his orchestra:)

  • imagine how amazing the last couple of movies would've been if he had composed all the music!!

  • Nice, but you can't listen to an orchestra in 360p! :(

  • I am in seventh grade....we are preforming this lol. But our level is equivellant to a college level I guess.....haha I am a show off lol. sorry

  • @UDontNeedToKnow78 Nevermind, keep doing your best. ^^

  • qyyy weyy increyble oh son inglesses

  • AWESOME

  • Is it just me or he's kinda look like Colonel Sanders (KFC founder)?

  • "Ah music, a magic beyond all we will do here"- Dumbledore

  • @jtdiamondbacks *"Ah music, a magic beyond any we teach here" - Dumbledore

  • 3 muggles -> SUCKS!

  • lol, look at him, waving his wand all around like that like hes dumbledore or something....

  • @lovepurple2022 lol Well he's the Dumbledore of music.

  • @Cherrysakura5 lol You got that right!

  • @lovepurple2022 JW is BETTER then Dumbledore mate. His wand has made REAL magic, not make believe ;-) I know you jest and twas funny.

  • @sadalite LOL This is true!

  • @lovepurple2022 I believe iTs called conducTing

  • @kaymay911 i would have never thought......

  • @lovepurple2022 thing is, Dumbledore is a fictional character from a book series. John Williams is like the modern day Beethoven, Mozart, Bach

  • @madude04 lol i understand XD

  • i can literally feel the awe that harry felt when he first stepped into diagon alley when i listen to this music!

  • I wish I would've been there- me and my friend would've been holding onto each other crying the whole time.

  • i love the oboe in this!!!!

  • @musiclovechaos13124 Is that the god-awful woodwind that's sticking out?! Talk about unbalanced!

  • Draco, Lucius Malefoy and Voldemort disliked this

  • @MrVicetor *malfoy.

  • Colonel Sanders can conduct?

  • he's waving a wand!!!!!!!!!!

  • Malfoy and his dad disliked this.

  • Omg i would give anything to be there... :O

  • 2 death eaters

  • creys

  • 2 people are imperiused

  • Everytime I listen to this I cry!!! Harry Potter marked my life for ever!

  • its sad to read that so many dont know that both Alexandre Desplat and John William composed music for Harry Potter. tisk tisk tisk to you.

  • two people who watched this were sparkly.

  • Uau! Simplesmente incrível o que essa orquestra consegue fazer! Mil vezes perfeito esse vídeo!

  • Two of Voldemort's horcruxes disliked this.

  • 2 people were killed with Avada Kedavra...

  • AMAZING, WOOOOOW . . . !

  • I wish Desplat used this at the end credits instead of Hedwig's theme. It would have gone full circle!!!

  • @avatarnarutochuck but they did use John Williams music they use "Leaving Hogwarts". You hear it in the epilogue. Its the same song used in the final scene of the first movie.

  • @Cherrysakura5 I know he used it on the epilogue. What I meant was he should have used "Harry's Wondrous World" after the epilogue, as the end credits roll, just like in the 1st and 2nd films.

  • John Williams gave the way of what is Harry Potter. Nicholas Hooper made his music reborn more dramatic, and Alexandre Desplat... made music that doesn't fit whit Harry Potter...

  • @123456789wil1 I agree, Desplat's music sounds good by itself, but somehow when I hear it in the film, it seems to stand out too much to me. I think what he lacks is subtlety, of which Hooper and Williams have.

  • He succeeds very well in composing, but conducting... forget.

  • @LordMgls How can he possibly be bad at conducting music he composed? He knows it better than anyone.

  • @Paint well, that's a very interesting point. I may think that's exactly the problem - when one knows something too well, he may find difficult to select the details which should really be emphasised in this kind of music... probably he didn't rehearse enough, or isn't a very demanding maestro. Puccini didn't conduct at all; why would that be?

  • @Paint

That like saying if he wrote a violin piece, he'd play it better than Itzack Perlman.

  • @LordMgls How can you fail at conducting - the song sounds excactly how it is supposed to...

  • @BXBProductions Well, that is not quite called conducting, because for sounding exactly as it is written, you don't need a conductor at all. Conducting is showing how the score affects you. Unfortunately, that's why many guys are waving and dancing clowns rather than conductors.

  • 2 death eaters have got no ears.

  • Oh damn, Thanks a lot for uploud it,!

  • GOOSEBUMPS!

  • Astounding, I really can not believe Harry Potter 7 had been leaked out on line! Look at it now with watch harry.us (no spaces)

  • All of us were thrilled that HP and the Deathly Hallows part 2 had been already leaked. We each watched the whole thing via watch harry potter. us (no spaces)

  • He is a genius!

  • .............John Williams is the man.

  • Im not a huuuge John Williams fan when it comes strictly to his musical outlines, but he is a FANTASTIC movie composer. I wish he would do the music for part 2..

  • Voldermort & Nagini dislikes

  • i like the darker more sinister theme of harry potter that they have used recently. the first two movies didnt have that slur effect or something, it's so much darker now.. ooo it gives me chills

  • @HEATSEEKER911 He was great with the first 2 movies because it was more of an introduction to Harry Potter's world. It was SUPPOSE to be lush and magnificent. When he got to the 3rd, there were so many changes - the director, the darker style... That it was just harder to keep that same exact magical feel to the music... Must be hard for anyone to keep up with 8, yet alone 3 movies, and that many directors. Yates probably wanted a less operatic, more contemporary style anyway.. :/

  • Two muggles hated this video.

  • No puedooo creer q el compusoooo esto!! Q increibleeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! :-D!! Q suerteeee a los que fueron!! Me hubiera encantadooo estar ahi!!

  • wowww...

  • lololol at 2:40 female cellist yawns :P

i think its a cellist, hard to tell but shes siting behind the cellos :P

  • You'd think with all the money WB is making on the HP films, they could have splurged enough to get Williams out of retirement for the 4th through the 8th film....only Hooper came close and that is b/c he used the same style and much of Williams' original compositions in his music for OoTP and HBP. Ah the great one himself...

  • @ruadhrose John Williams said he couldn't compose for the fourth film because of scheduling conflicts... I forgot what films he was doing then....

  • looks lyk v have 2 death eaters on youtube

  • AUGH! PEOPLE! I WOULD BE SO MUCH MORE ENTHUSIASTIC IF I SAW JOHN WILLIAMS! D:

  • harry potter =)

  • Agh! I don't think the people in the audience understand who they're seeing!

  • OMG I am crying. I went to opening day and I missed John Williams!!!

  • London Symphony Orchestra > Orlando Philharmonic....the woodwind section in this orchestra is awful. It doesn't add any brilliance or color where it's supposed to (especially in the runs / arpeggios)...murr.

  • @shutupimBRYAN The Boston Pops performed it better than both, though...

  • I was so close to going for the time when the Malaysian philharmonic orchestra was doing it but then I had some important event to go for....damn.....

  • John Williams himself looks like a wizard :)

  • @chaosinorderrr he is if he composed music like this

  • We have to play the beginning theme at school and it is extremely hard to play the high note than low note on a saxophone lol.

  • I love John Williams. He is my favorite composer of all time!

  • watching john williams makes me want to eat kfc.

  • This man is a musical genius.

  • I was really hoping he'd finish off the last film. My god, he wouldve made the battle of Hogwarts the most epic thing ever to grace the screen

  • please someone tell me he is coming back for the last one!!!

  • @BetterThanMeOfCourse I know there's a rumour about doing a few tracks with desplat for dh2 but idk

  • Ha ha, the way he moving his hands while he composes, he's all like "I can see the music!"

  • i actually shouted out 'oh cool!' That is AWESOME!

  • This reminds us that NIcholas Hooper was the worst thing ever happened to HP movies...

    LONG LIVE JOHN WILLIAMS! :D

(btw, it also reminds us that Harry Potter is, above all, much better than Twilight)

  • @MESerralde Are you serious? Movie 6 had awesome music!!! (imo)

  • @dugganater yes, awesome music. But not as awesome as Williams' music for the third film.

  • @MESerralde nicholas hooper wasnt bad.

  • LinnnnnnnnndO!

    Amo HP

  • There will only ever be one John Williams.

  • Amazing! I love him so much.

  • I just can't stand this music. I don't know why, but it represents everything that Harry Potter means to me.

And I'll cry everytime I hear it.

  • @betynhagw I agree with you...Classical music has a power far above all types of music!

  • @betynhagw I cried so hard reading your comment. It's just the same feeling I have.

  • He is seriously god's personal musician or something.

  • I particularly do not care for this arrangement.

  • @javilack it's not an arrangement.. haha.

  • @benny7101 It is original music by John Williams, but this whole piece must be an arrangement.

  • He is 79 yrs old now holy cow He sure still has that great talent.

    Happy Birthday Mr john williams!

  • 1 person like lor of the rings... o thts me :) !

  • John Williams has a way of taking music meant for a movie and making it great all on its own...a true maestro.

  • Steve Jablonksy should compose the last two movies.

  • This music gets me feeling all warm and gushy inside.... ahhh my childhood! :P

  • @PrincessGlowingStar childhood?! are you saying you dont watch harry potter!?!?

  • @LunaLovegood4411

    Wha???

  • fucking epic

  • John Williams is today's Mozart and there's no questioning he was perfect for the Harry Potter series but I really think Nicholas Hooper did a good job as well. Alexandre Desplat however, well I don't like it but it may be because he only get's to compose the darkest tunes leaving him no chance to prove himself.

John Williams is a huge reason to why Harry Potter is so popular, I can't imagine a world without him.

  • Gosh, just imagine how much more epic movies 4 through 8 would have been if John Williams composed the music for them as well.

  • @IhaveApony I do understand what you mean, but Patrick Doyle's arrangements for the Goblet of Fire are absolutely outstanding!

  • @IhaveApony true but man could you imagine scoring an 8 part movie my inspiration would have run dry after the first one.

  • @IhaveApony Agreed. Although the movies generally got better than the original first 2 and the actors more experienced, they lack the really memorable music of the first 2.

  • @happyLILwierdo JW did the music for the third film, as well.

  • @IhaveApony I think the other composers did a great job as well, bringing forth the mood of the story line

  • @IhaveApony I wish he did too but you can't deny we got some great themes from other composers.

  • @IhaveApony Why didn't he? Was he just too busy or was he never offered the job to?

  • Unfortunately he's not composing the music for the next movie =/ it's going to be Alexandre Desplat again...huge loss in my opinion

  • Amazing Music,Big Career and in his Whole Life he made us live an magic world in music

Thumbs up if you think John Williams Will be heard by a million or more people in whole days!

  • What is this soundtrack actually called? I know it's not Hedwig's theme obviously. Anyone?

  • @MjrHop it's Harry's wondrous world

  • Good to see that this has no dislikes.

  • no dislikes =) which just proves that this is AMAZING... it's magical!

thank you, Mr John Williams, for composing such beautiful music that has a great impact on my life =D and well done everyone at the orchestra, you did a very very good job =)

  • there was a little bit of ET theme in that

  • @jmm1233 lol, i don't know if you've noticed, but there seems to be a little bit of everything in that! haha

  • Man I hope this song ends up in the last Potter film or I will be dissapointed.

  • i just hope the last movie ends with hedwigs theme

  • It's really sad that John Williams was unavailable or chose not to score the last two films - nonetheless I'm sure Alexandre an admirable job. I'm just glad John's still around. RIP Jerry Goldsmith.

  • @monkeywho I know, I was so disappointed and saddened that John Williams couldn't come full circle and finished the whole series. I'm sure he would've done an incredible job. RIP, Jerry Goldsmith. RIP Elmer Bernstein.

  • amoooo esta canción!!!! son de las mejores canciones de toda la saga!

    Huele a magia!!!!!

  • he's AMAZING .. that's all !

  • Confirmed: John Williams will be collaborating with Desplat for the last film (part 2) but he will not be composing it

  • @davedirector7 well thats something. there was barely any music present at all in part 1. nothing memorable and i only ever heard a brief whisper once of the original theme

  • @SG1Mitchell ........ um no offense but are you deaf?

  • @davedirector7 no I'm not. John Williams created memorable motifs. There was nothing distinctive about the music in Deathly Hallows. Just standard tense or sad stuff and there original theme was barely there. Didn't even play at all in the end credits

  • @SG1Mitchell Alexandre Desplat's work was magnificent it really captures the mood of each character well and not to mention his work is perhaps the only one (not even counting Nicholas Hooper) that actually represents the new dark world in which Harry is in. The original theme was actually present in many of his pieces and also pieces from the other Harry Potter films conducted by John Williams were there as well.

  • @davedirector7 haklısın tabii

  • PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Is there any point (other than the epilogue) where Harry's Wondrous World would have been appropriate in The Deathly Hallows?

  • Ahhh!!! Old times... It`s about ten years since Harry Potter 1st movie came out.... With John Williams that was Brilliant!! That was MAGIC!

  • He IS doing magic

  • tht was soooo cool!!!!!!!!!!!!! sweet! i NEED the music for this!

  • Man, that was on my birthday... and I could not be there, but thank God we have stream live now! <3

Thanks Mr. Williams for this. I'm not a ten years Potter fan, but your music has helped me to become a fan and made my days beautiful and full of magic.

  • He was nominated for the Oscar for Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone soundtrack. He should have won it :D

  • I am so jealous of anyone who got to see this!!

  • We all wanted Williams to make the music for the last HP movie, now I'm not sure I will enjoy it as much as I wanted... :(

  • Sadly he's not going to compose the last part... yet, he made the first three soundtracks so epic and fantastic that it's possible for us to hear Hedwig theme in the end of Part 2...

  • My hero!

  • This is such an amazing orchestra... Incredible

  • makes me want to watch the first harry potter..fuck the rest of em

  • One of a kind, his music is noticed everywhere!! He is a Legend!

  • After winning 5 oscars and 45 oscar nominations-he HAS to win an oscar soon.
