When you see East Asian "live" delicacies, the animal is very rarely ever actually alive. It is just seen as a sign of a good chef and freshness if the animal appears alive ie still twitching slightly because it was very recently killed. Fact is, a lot of animals twitch for quite a while after they are killed eg frogs legs move for quite a while after being butchered.

@jvmin110 Absoloutely. Put into perspective, I would save a human's life over any animal's life. I've seen animal cruelty and I don't deem the contents of this video to be that. They are consuming the food, not putting it for show. If you value animals's lives so much, you should really turn into a vegan then.
