Signed up to the Winter 2012. Took part in the 09 race which was sooooo cold.

Smashed the winter one 3 years in a row worst one out of all of them was 2009 -6 that day and there was a wind chill too lol 500 people had to go to hospital with hypothermia, loads of broken arms and legs, two older gentlemen had heart attacks so I hear about that one anyway, and roughly just over 1,600 finished the race the rest pulled out or couldn't finish it......fun day out :)

Bam Magera was there, I saw him the day before the race but I heard it was more like a promo-thing...Apparently he didn't do the complete track and they covered him in mud afterwards for the photoshooting...Pretty lame I must say.
