@httm241 Banks make absurd loans BECAUSE of government involvement, including government deposit guarantees, government increases of the money supply, etc. Worker safety came about because society became wealthier. OSHA was preceded by decades of tremendous progress against workplace injuries; if anything, that progress has slowed since government involvement. I hope that the Revolution PAC ads will be like this wonderful video. Perhaps thirty-minute infomercials, similar to this video, could be produced, except with video clips of Ron Paul's speeches, statistics, examples of Ron Paul's accurate predictions and so forth. Really make the case for Ron Paul in a long format that will leave an impression regardless of what point a viewer tunes in to it. Then run them all over Iowa, New England and Nevada.
Keep on spreading the word! Ron Paul is the only candidate that makes sense and the only one that will protect our individual liberties and fix our broken economy. I donated $50 in his moneybomb yesterday and hopefully there will be lots of TV ads soon so the sheeple can discover the truth.

Great video Tom. I hope enough people are seeing videos like this and doing their research on Dr. Paul because they certainly aren't going to hear much about him on CNBC. I was extremely annoyed when the news made no mention of him when covering republican fund raising. This, despite the fact that he came in second overall for his party and that most of his contributions came from private individuals rather than corporations. If he wins the election will they even acknowledge it?

Ron Paul's campaign commercials should show the 2008 debate stage where all of the candidates laugh at Ron Paul and tell us that the economy is fine. Add some dramatic music and inspiring quotes from Ron in the media. They could call it 'Ron Paul Was Right'. That would be a lot more effective than the 'Conviction' ad, in my opinion.

Only thing I'd stuff in this type of promo video is the fact that he has never voted for a congressional pay raise (that I know of), and when it DID pass, he actually returned his raise to the treasury. Because the media complex hasn't had the best interesting of the country for decades. If you watch the media carefully (I suggest to people to turn off their TV and necon radio), their (media) general position is in favor of status quo, Israel and subtle support for corporatism. But you have to be an astute observer and critic of the media to see how they operate.
Yes, they are afraid. First of all, the only thing they could EVER say about his is that he is a "radical", because they can't attack any logical or inconsistency flaws. He has a message for freedom, which means anyone who fights him will come off like a tyrant. But most of all, he actually has a number of issues where he agrees with liberals, so if the media gave him airtime, they might direct principles liberals to him instead of oligarch-puppets like Obama.

See, Article I, Section 8, Clause 8; “To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries”… He constantly speaks of Congress’s limited power as spelled out in “Article I, Section 8” of the constitution. They are limited to the 18 clauses. I hope this helps...

Actually straw polls are quite important, that is why this message was made. You win elections on a series of steps. The in the tank media will do everything they can to downplay him, which is another reason why these polls are important.

@kanz0bgz This particular Iowa Straw poll is the big one that includes the whole state… All the other Iowa Straw polls are generally polls taken at the end of a political event. I hope this clarifies to significance of this one.
@jb4rp2012 If we're talking about the Ames straw poll on the ISU campus then ya, Ron Paul won that one in 2007. I was there, everyone took the exit polls and they indicated he won. However the Diebold voting machines said he didn't. Obviously rigged. "They" won't let Ron Paul win no matter how strong his following is.

Ron Paul is better than Jefferson, not a slave owner and actually governs consistent with his philosophy 100%. Jefferson was like a pro gun Kucinich who believed in welfare, public schooling and gov't projects but payed for with a smaller tax structure not nearly as crippling as post 1913 America.

Great material and solid content. I don't know if anyone has told you this, but the channels that see most success have a set schedule for posting material. It takes a commitment, but people who have a regular schedule tend to do better.

Great video Tom. I hope enough people are seeing videos like this and doing their research on Dr. Paul because they certainly aren't going to hear much about him on CNBC. I was extremely annoyed when the news made no mention of him when covering republican fund raising. This, despite the fact that he came in second overall for his party and that most of his contributions came from private individuals rather than corporations. If he wins the election will they even acknowledge it?

Ron Paul's campaign commercials should show the 2008 debate stage where all of the candidates laugh at Ron Paul and tell us that the economy is fine. Add some dramatic music and inspiring quotes from Ron in the media. They could call it 'Ron Paul Was Right'. That would be a lot more effective than the 'Conviction' ad, in my opinion.

Good vid Tom. Only thing I'd stuff in this type of promo video is the fact that he has never voted for a congressional pay raise (that I know of), and when it DID pass, he actually returned his raise to the treasury. You really hit it on the head with all the other points that makes him really stand apart.

I do not understand why libertarians are so desperate to get him into power when the state is incorrigible and the system is inevitably going to fail. Stop voting, it's not going to change anything. Anarchy is statelessness, so your assumptions that the government will oppress us and tyranny will take over are completely false. It's also worth pointing out that this experiment with liberty (constitution) has failed. We now have the largest most destructive governments in history, despite all the restrictive mechanism put in place to limit it. Read Murray Rothbard, Tom Woods is an rothbardian anarchist supposedly..

I really want to know why Romney and Bachmann are getting 99% of the media's attention, with the majority of that last 1% being given to 9 other potential candidates... and Ron Paul is completely ignored.

Because the media complex hasn't had the best interesting of the country for decades. If you watch the media carefully (I suggest to people to turn off their TV and necon radio), their (media) general position is in favor of status quo, Israel and subtle support for corporatism. But you have to be an astute observer and critic of the media to see how they operate.

Yes, they are afraid. First of all, the only thing they could EVER say about his is that he is a "radical", because they can't attack any logical or inconsistency flaws. He has a message for freedom, which means anyone who fights him will come off like a tyrant. But most of all, he actually has a number of issues where he agrees with liberals, so if the media gave him airtime, they might direct principles liberals to him instead of oligarch-puppets like Obama.

See, Article I, Section 8, Clause 8; “To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries”… He constantly speaks of Congress’s limited power as spelled out in “Article I, Section 8” of the constitution. They are limited to the 18 clauses. I hope this helps...

However the Diebold voting machines said he didn't. Obviously rigged. "They" won't let Ron Paul win no matter how strong his following is.
