Todays Skynyrd is a cover band assembled by attorneys from a Greedy X wife who owned rights after her husband died in a plane crash. Far better than nothing but understand this is real far from real Skynyrd.

As if i don't know that. I've got a ticket which says Lynyrd Skynyrd on it and i am now watching it on here. While it won't be as good as the real thing, it's the next best thing. As i said Looks like a great night out and i am really looking forward to it. So put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Ya know, I was wondering the same thing myself! I've also wondered why when I'm the only picker in the world who can cover this song on 1 guitar why people who're doing 1/6 as much work are getting more hits! Oh, well, life ain't guaranteed to be fair, either!  They've been my favorite rock band for a long time now. Rock On!!

No, just both leads, rhythym, & for now approx. piano w/chirps; but the funny thing is, a gal who checked a couple of segments out a while back asked me if I had a drum track going behind it when they were shot.

When I started listening for it, it was the pickups picking up the pick attack (now THAT may be a tongue-twister).

Give 'em a view if you haven't. If you do I recommend Ver.2.0 (Green shirt, white hat, poor photography, Les Paul) as closest to the sound I'm looking for.

They've been my favorite secular band for 32 years, yet I've never seen 'em live! Had tickets for Indy in '77 but we all know what happened. Friends of mine had Evansville tickets (scheduled for the day after the crash) and several sold theirs later to memorabilia collectors, but glad to see they can still rock a 90K-seat house!
