He touched down right past Juliet. Looks like he got off at Delta, which is the end of the runway but it's not uncommon, thought I do see most aircraft get off at Echo.
Yes, he did touch down late. at 1:43, you can see the aircraft floating right over the touch down marks, then at 1:46, you can see and hear the aircraft touching down. Since John Wayne Airport's runway is only 5,700 feet, there isn't a lot of room to float down the runway so the captain really put on the brakes.
@eggyfloopy21 No he did not touch down late. Those arent touch down marks at 1:46, thats the beginning of the runway... Planes cant land at the very beginning of the runway because they would be flying too low over the city which is dangerous and noisy (not to mention difficult), all jets touch down about 500 feet down the runway no matter how short the runway is.
@babolo someone feel free to correct me if im wrong, but even if it's a long runway a pilot might go easy on the brakes and thrusters to use the whole runway because the gate may be at the end of the runway instead of leaving rwy short and taxing the whole way to the gate. Of course this depends if there is traffic on final behind him. But im no pilot so it's just my thought

That's the first time I've seen a plane use the whole runway.
