  • Good story. They really don´t need a singer.

  • Do you know, that drummer and bassist are brothers? Larry and Brian Herweg.

  • these fuckers can jam. i was completeley blown away when i first heard this song, and still am.

  • i would swear that the desert scenes were shot in or around sacaton,az. (ira hayes' home town) looking to the northeast toward apache jct. and the superstition mountains. i say this because i have driven the commute hundreds of times.

  • Poor man, this is the second Pelican video that this man fails on becoming the vocalist for this awesome band!!!!!! Which I think is a good thing IMO!!!!!! Pelican ROCKS!!!!!!!!

  • It's just so damn good! they just blow me away!!!

  • The instruments do the singing. That's why.

  • its simple. Dont like it dont watch it... everyone has perceptions on what is and what is not good.. pelican does what they do becuase they are good at what they do... they respect people and think outside of the box, its about dedication, loyalty, and honor to music and pure emotions.. lose your fucking egos and live your life without all this bullshit that plauges you.. if you think you can do better then someone else. record your shit and prove it

  • the guy with the bandana wants to be the vocalist

  • Pelican, and post-rock in general, are more about feeling and texture than being complex.

  • @ibanez0000

Every-time I here this song I picture a misunderstood hero reluctantly rising to power. Pelican can paint such a vivid pictures in your mind that it's unbelievable

  • @ibanez0000 I think this is more metal than rock..

  • That's exactly what Pelican is trying to prove wrong.

  • I think the great thing about pelican is their ability to make music that sticks in your head for days without any lyrics to sing along to. Them and And so I watch you from afar are the only instrumental bands that do that for me. Pelican have mastered the CHUGGA CHUGGA

  • Why is everyone so obsessed with having a singer? The reason I enjoy these bands is because there are no vocals.

  • @brewcrew01984

Exactly Brew, Nail on the Head there. You should check out Parhelia, Russian Circles, This Will Destroy you, God Is An Astronaut if you want more of an instrumental fix!

  • I'd like to hear a collaboration with mike Patton

  • These guys and Russian Circles are freakin sweet. Perfect opportunities for having a guest singer, kinda like how Apocalyptica did with Adam Gontier and Corey Taylor.

  • fuck no

  • Damn, Pelican is Bad Ass!

  • :} yes...

  • That's some badass shit right there.
