  • 0:16 wrong forehand foot position?

  • i bet if you knew what you were doing you could build one on your own with parts from ratshack i mean radioshack <$50

having said that if you don't have the time or interest it does seem like a valuable training tool

  • Seriously, a couple of LED's to tell you where to ghost? There's no substitute for proper 2 or 3 man drills.

  • @pkuhnen it's not supposed to be a substitute they complement each other

  • Sorry, but this is a pretty lame product. And the pricing? C'mon.

  • Nice............

  • Where can I buy? I live in Brazil to help me

  • Have you seen this? does the same thing and more, is a LOT better value, more simple and all you need is your laptop! squash-footworkdotcom

  • rather play a game of squash to be honest

  • Cool video ... for many more great squash videos ... all categorized visit

  • step with your left foot on your forehand rails XD

  • the price of this is a joke !!!

  • @the1andonlygraydon How much is it mate???? :S

  • omg its the worst practicing devie i've ever seen, it cant help you with technique, you cant know if you made it to the ball. why didnt they simply said we are selling this cool little box program to ligh a little bulb randomly!

  • The Prices of these are ridiculous

  • This is a great invention. I do alot of ghosting drills and there's always an issue of where to run next. This device solves that problem. Usually a coach will stand in the center of the court and point out where to ghost but this device makes that unnecessary. Great invention!

  • Thanks for the comment. It is now used in over 12 countries by many national and professional coaches and players including Dave Palmer. The Footworker shown in the video is an old model (2003). The current model (2007/08) also has front only, back only, and full court modes. it also has a turbo mode. The latest Pro version will be available in early 2009. The Pro version allows for choice of different levels and length of rallies and a LCD display screen.

  • haha awful ghosting

  • Saw this in action at the weekend, looked pretty useful actually. Good result in the final as well ;)

  • you mention 'form'...who in your opinion has the best form in spuash?

  • thats pretty sick. but your forehand follow through is a bit messed

  • is he wearing the ottawa goodlife tournament t-shirt?? i think i had the same one as a junior. who is the guy? alex li or..?

  • cool device to have if your training on your own!! if not though you could just have someone at the front pointing to the regions of the court thats what i do!

  • ok im not judging anyone but this guys form is terrible and his movements terrible too the way he moves is just terrible specially when he pushes forward

  • this guy is slow slow slow

  • This is just a demo and hence was slowed down to show how it works. The Footworker actually has 4 levels plus turbo, front only, and back only modes. At level A, even professionals have problems keeping up. At turbo A, even the fastest player in the world would have problems.

  • you're not supposed to go full pelt through ghosting, especially not while learning and improving, as you need to be able to ensure you're moving correctly and concentrate on technique, otherwise you'll rush and never get it right

  • interesting device..
