Polutting the atmosphere with uneccessary engine exhausts and the tire smoke, leaving nasty marks on the asphalts, making a lot of noise which probably pisses off people around and damaging the van.
I did that in my '63 plymouth once. 3 different people on my street called the cops, but I did it in my driveway, so they couldn't do anything except tell me not to do it again (which I did).
The first one he screwed up but the second one he got it right be keeping the hammer down,
