I believe the lack of a 720p option is on the fault of Youtube. Ian's been having similar problems, and neither of us have changed any rendering/editing techniques from the past 720p videos - so we're not sure why there's no 720p in our most recent videos. Hopefully Youtube can fix this in the near future.
