While listening to this i imagined & felt like travelling in world of music with lights & crystals, the world of ffxiii and then saw Lightning & crew dancin to this music and then they invited me to join the dancing :D

I love this one, also the other, but this has more "feelings" while other has more action in it and straight.

You shud try and work with Monty Oum who made those Dead Fantasy animations, some others with dance scenes with known game characters. Make a music video for this :P

I actually like this remix better, because in my opinion a remix is supposed to differ from the original. The first mix was fantastic it it's own elements, but this gives off more of a "remix" feel, while the other was more like a "remake". Both the mixes are good, so why argue over which one is better? Just listen to the one you enjoy.

I really like this one for bringing a new idea to the song, although I'm hoping to see what you can do with Saber's Edge (although that might be a challenge changing 5/4 or 3/4 -> 4/4 for trance). I do actually prefer the older version better merely because it incorporated some more of the original stuff more.

To all the people who complain about length, it's for mixing purposes mostly, that's what radio edits are for (it's really easy to just cut it to where you want it via audacity/etc.)

hm...i think the reason why there are some that prefers the earlier one is because this is more subtle and that is more upbeat, more noisy (in a good way). As for me personally, i can't really choose since i don;t really know what trance remixes are but i can say both are freakin good! For me, i listened to the first one and got hold on to the groove, then changed to this song. FELT LIKE A WHOLE DIFFERENT THING. Didn't like it at first, but once i got used to the mood, it sounded good. bravo!

I also prefer the first remix over this one, just had more power to it, this one's so drawn out that I'm constantly wondering when it's going to get on with the next part. This one would probably be a better choice if you were to repeat it many times in a row, as the length reduces redundancy. First ones opening matched the fade in effect a lot better too, I know it's more about the music, but just a thought.

@RuecianXII its made to be more dj friendly in trance music. trance is usually lengthy like a plotline for a story. supposed to take you on a journey. if any of the big names in trance remixed blinded by light, then it wouldnt have been as short as the first one. and probably the structure would have been different. so this track is my way of making a song that could be in the same catagory as them.

the first one was energetic but short. plus it used samples. im trying to steer away from that
