He's talking about the words of ayatollah, who called on the law to forbid gatherings. The Dr. says which "law" are you speaking of ayatollah, the "law" that murders poor college students inside of their dormitories or tries to shut the mouth of the people of Iran by calling on the miltia and police officers of Iran to murders innocent young ones who simply want honest government representation?
