You have to make the layer 3D source alpha. Then click on Track Motion and there you can move it to whatever position you want. (WATCH THE VIDEO WHERE I RESPONDED THIS VIDEO TOO, THAT'S THE TUTORIAL ON HOW TO MAKE IT)
