tak tohle nemá s boxem nic společného.. hlavně, když se podívám na prováděné techniky, tak je mi do breku, že instruktorka neumí dát ani přímou pořádně, kdy to vytáčí kompletně tu ruku a poté když se podívám na instruktora, tak mi přijde, že místo front se snaží nakopnout míč...a co ty kolínka? a nebo zvedáky?? za tohle provádění by mě trenér sešvihal jako psa... ale hudba dobrá.... a p.s. myšlenka zas tak špatná není... jen je to pro někoho, kdo tam chce hopsat ..

you are right I am not understand for what waste time on something like that sometimes is difficult to find the place to train because theyre everywhere fucked up fit box aero box and other shit that why I don't understand being a boxer is difficult but after four months you realize that you did the best choice in your life and it concerns all normal martial arts my advice if you are dealing with this shit stop find gym and start training something normal
