That's not Seki's fault. The sound files are sometimes delayed a bit.

In this case, does it normally happen this way, or is it only occasionally?
There might be problems with the disk or the lens, but it isn't normal, at least in this game.
It's Meikuu Zanshouken with two extra slashes and no 'Makeru... mono kaaaa!'.
