I personally think that they shouldn't be banned.

I mean, it's wrong to hack, but in certain situations, I see them as people who liven up things. I enjoy it XD

Only time I don't wanna vs a hacker is when I want to seriously get my rank up in something, and they have to ruin the whole match in general.
