After the passing of Johnny Olsen and Rod Roddy, Rich Fields was byfar the best announcer for TPIR since then. I don't enjoy the show as much now that Rich is gone.
Ya I agree with all of you. Drew Carey made A LOT of improvements to the show after Bob Barker. I am starting to think Drew Carey is getting better that Bob Barker. And I was a fan of Bob Barker for A LONG while!
Now everytime Drew greets Rich, they show him on camera. Its way awesome... and also he is on camera for the very last name call down. Thank you Drew, or whoever added this. He is a welcome addition to the show!
I totally love it every time Drew greets Rich everytime he enters through the big doors and receives his microphone...I wish Bob Barker could've done that...

Bob was way to egotistical to share the screen with anyone. Although he thought highly of Rich, he was just that way.
